Abstract
本实用新型涉及沼气池保温的技术领域,具体的说是一种寒冷山区保温沼气池。具体为沼气池外壁从内到外依次加设保温层、防水层,沼气池上方覆盖一层秸秆保温层,并加设暖棚。本实用新型沼气池保温效果好,平均气温-10℃极值温度-20℃至-30℃的情况下,以粪便为主要发酵材料的8m3沼气池出料口温度稳定在3-4℃间,沼气池内温度保持在7℃以上并持续产气,产气量满足农户一日三餐做饭所需。

本实用新型涉及沼气池保温的技术领域,具体的说是一种寒冷山区保温沼气池。
背景技术
随着节能减排及低碳理念的深入,发展低碳经济构建和谐社会成为我国主要的发展方向。农村户用沼气池为促进农村生产及农业生产产生的固体废弃物资源化、能源化利用的有效载体,迎合了低碳经济、社会主义新农村建设等的发展需要,是解决农村能源、环境问题的有效出路之一。但目前我国大面积推广应用并被农民广泛接受且易于使用的沼气池普遍为常温发酵模式,温度为制约该类沼气池发酵及产气的主要因素。在我国北方地区尤其是寒冷山区,冬季漫长气温低,多数户用沼气池冬季普遍不产气,造成了该类地区沼气池一年中只有半年能够使用的情况。虽然北方地区有些传统的沼气池的越冬保温措施如:
1.“四位一体”模式即把沼气池、日光温室、猪舍、厕所相结合;
2.调节发酵液C/N比,pH值;
3.管理上添加高热量发酵原料,多进料少出料;
4.挖防寒沟,利用防寒沟内发酵物料发酵放热增加沼气池温度等;
但在面对东北山区冬季寒冷漫长,极值温度多为零下20-30℃的情况时,还是不能达到较好的保温增温效果,更不能达到冬季持续产气的目标。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种寒冷山区保温沼气池。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种寒冷山区保温沼气池:沼气池外壁外表面设保温层、保温层外设防水层,沼气池上方覆盖一层秸秆保温层,并在秸秆保温层上构建暖棚。
所述沼气池外的壁保温层为单层或多层苯板所构成的保温层,保温层形状切合沼气池外壁。所述沼气池为埋入式沼气池。所述埋入式沼气池表面覆盖一层秸秆保温层。所述秸秆保温层可由玉米秸秆或稻草组成秸秆保温层厚度大于30厘米。
本实用新型所具有的优点
本实用新型所利用保温材料为苯板及塑料布,相比传统防寒沟及防寒沟内秸秆发酵放热等防寒措施,施工方便;所应用保温材料价格低、易获得,保温成本低,平均每个沼气池成本300元以下。保温材料使用寿命长,延长保温使用时间。
本实用新型针对山区沼气池地下水位高的特点在保温层外包被塑料,保温的同时防止地下水浸泡及土层水冻结对保温层造成的损害。
本实用新型沼气池保温效果好,在东北寒冷山区冬季的4个月,室外平均气温-10℃极值温度-20℃至-30℃时,能使沼气池内出料口温度稳定在3-4℃,沼气池内温度达到7℃以上,同时能在保证沼气池温度的基础上使应用保温措施的沼气池冬季持续产气。

具体实施方式
寒冷山区保温沼气池:沼气池为埋入式沼气池,于辽宁省清原县大苏河乡钓鱼台村一8m3沼气池,沼气池外壁加设单层或多层的高密度苯板作为保温层1,每层苯板保温层厚度达到5厘米以上,保温层1外加设由塑料布铺设的防水层2用于防止地下水浸泡,另外在沼气池建成后将地表土回填,并在沼气池表面覆盖50cm的玉米秸秆等保温材料,沼气池上方构建塑料暖棚3,并在棚内养牛。所述构建的塑料暖棚采用类似现有蔬菜大棚的操作进行(参见图1)。
另外苯板保温层要进行切割使其切合沼气池外形,并利用发泡粘合剂填补苯板保温空隙,即缝隙填充同时进行苯板与沼气池壁、苯板与苯板间粘结(参见图2)。
本实用新型沼气池于11月初添加以动物性粪便为主的发酵料,并于出料口机沼气池内部安放电子温度计记录温度变化情况。从2009年11月至2010年3月在极值温度-30℃的情况下持续产气,出料口温度稳定在3.5℃,沼气池内温度7℃以上,沼气池持续产气,产气量满足沼气池所在农户一日三餐做饭所需。

1.一种寒冷山区保温沼气池,其特征为:沼气池外壁(5)外表面设保温层(1)、保温层(1)外设防水层(2),沼气池上方覆盖一层秸秆保温层(4),并在秸秆保温层(4)上构建暖棚(3)。
2.按权利要求1所述的寒冷山区保温沼气池,其特征为:所述沼气池外的壁保温层为单层或多层苯板所构成的保温层,保温层形状切合沼气池外壁。
3.按权利要求1所述的寒冷山区保温沼气池,其特征为:所述沼气池为埋入式沼气池。
4.按权利要求3所述的寒冷山区保温沼气池,其特征为:所述埋入式沼气池表面覆盖一层秸秆保温层(4)。
5.按权利要求1或4所述的寒冷山区保温沼气池,其特征为:所述秸秆保温层(4)由玉米秸秆或稻草构成,秸秆保温层厚度大于30厘米。
