人们由于工作的正式性，雨雪天穿雨鞋会显得不够正式、雅观。而随着生活质量的提高，鞋也越来越贵，若下雨天淋湿则很心疼，所以人们会选择在鞋外穿双鞋套。目前市面上的鞋套大部分为一次性塑料鞋套，这种鞋套低帮、不防水，通常是不能起到很好的效果的。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种防水鞋套，能够在雨雪天很好的保护鞋子不被淋湿。 
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案为：一种防水鞋套，其特征在于：它由乳胶制成，由鞋面、鞋底和鞋筒组成；鞋底外表面有防滑条纹或防滑颗粒；鞋筒长度可为鞋面至膝盖之间的任意长度。 
按上述方案，所述的鞋筒内侧设多个与鞋筒一体成型的吸盘。 
按上述方案，所述的鞋底跟部设有开口。 
本实用新型的工作原理为：将本装置直接套在鞋体外，由于乳胶的弹性能够将本装置紧贴鞋体，保持了鞋体原有的形状，若为高跟鞋，则可在鞋底跟部设开口，将鞋跟露出；鞋筒避免了雨水从高处进入从而淋湿鞋体及腿部，可根据不同需求制成不同长度；鞋底外表面的防滑条纹或防滑颗粒起防滑作用；吸盘能使鞋筒更好的吸附在腿上，不滑落。 
本实用新型的有益效果为：1、在雨雪天很好的保护鞋体不被淋湿；2、结构简单，成本低；3、防滑。
