本实用新型涉及一种接线盒,尤其是涉及一种太阳能用的控制接线盒。
背景技术
目前市场上所销售的电池板控制接线盒,其均采用一体式铸造,即使有少数型号是采用盖子和盒体的构造加工,但成形后亦采用灌胶整体密封,无法实现分离,一旦控制电路和接线端发生问题,必须整体切除旧的控制盒而损伤了太阳能电池板,造成极大的浪费。同时,整个接线盒均缺乏透气装置,不利于电气元件的散热,造成热量过度集中而影响运作。另外即使少数型号开有透气孔,但也是垂直开设,尽管能起到散热作用,但是防水的效果也大大的降低。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种不损伤电池板并且透气防水的太阳能用控制接线盒。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种太阳能用控制接线盒,包括有接线盒盒体、盒盖、密封圈和固线模块,所述的接线盒盒体和固线模块是一体的。
为了在工作的时候,能够更好的防水透气,所述的接线盒盒体上开有“L”型透气孔,在“L”型透气孔内设置有透气膜。
为了使接线盒盒体和盒盖不容易折弯和损坏,所述的接线盒盒体的三面设有加强筋,所述的盒盖内设有“田”型加强筋。
为了更好的密封防水,所述的盒盖周边设有“C”型凹槽,密封圈套嵌在“C”型凹槽内。
为了使接线盒盒体与盒盖能够紧密相连,所述的接线盒盒体上设有卡扣槽;所述的盒盖上设有卡扣。
本实用新型的优点是:采用接线盒盒体与盒盖组合,在维修的时候就不需要切除接线盒避免损伤太阳能电池板,节省资源;采用“L”型透气孔,不仅有利于散热而且大大的增加了防水的效果;采用了加强筋之后,能够承受更大的冲击力,并且抗变形能力更强。

如图1、图2、图3和图4所示一种太阳能用控制接线盒,包括有接线盒盒体1、盒盖2、密封圈4和固线模块3,所述的接线盒盒体1和固线模块3是一体的。所述的接线盒盒体1上开有“L”型透气孔5,在“L”型透气孔5内设置有透气膜。所述的接线盒盒体1的三面设有加强筋6。所述的盒盖2内设有“田”型加强筋7。所述的盒盖2周边设有“C”型凹槽8,密封圈4套嵌在“C”型凹槽8内。所述的接线盒盒体1上设有卡扣槽9;所述的盒盖2上设有卡扣10。
由于本实用新型采用了“L”型透气孔5并在“L”型透气孔5内设置有透气膜,使得这种接线盒的透气性和防水性能够有一个更好的结合,并且增加了防水性的力度;在密封方面,采用了密封圈4套嵌在“C”型凹槽8内,并且通过卡扣槽9与卡扣10使得密封性能提高,也提高了防水的性能。
