背景技术
目前,普通的电缆具有耐压性能、抗干扰性能、抗拉性能差,并且电缆的延伸率高等缺陷,不能适应在特定的环境下工作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种耐压性、抗干扰、抗拉性能好的超声波高压增油电缆。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:超声波高压增油电缆,包括导电线芯,所述导电线芯由导体和挤包在导体外的绝缘层组成,所述导电线芯的外周挤包改性聚丙烯绝缘层,改性聚丙烯绝缘层的外周由内至外依次设置两层金属丝屏蔽层、内层钢丝铠装和外层钢丝铠装,内层钢丝铠装与外层钢丝铠装的编织方向相反。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1、增强产品的耐压性。通过选用从国外进口优质改性聚丙烯绝缘料,采取挤包双层绝缘的形式,增强电缆的耐压性能,电缆能在10000V高压下连续工作。2、提高产品的抗干扰性能。电缆屏蔽层通过双层金属丝编织而成,双层屏蔽大大增强了电缆的抗干扰性,电缆的波阻抗控制在25±5Ω,同时双层金属丝屏蔽层也兼做回路地线。3、提高产品的的抗拉强度。电缆铠装层由两层钢丝反向铠装而成,通过对该电缆铠装用钢丝进行重新选定、模具配比以及拉拔,使单根钢丝抗拉强度均控制在1900~1950MPa之间,产品的破断拉力大于130KN。4、降低电缆的延伸率。电缆的延伸率保持在0.10%以下。

20℃导体直流电阻:≤1.91Ω/km;20℃屏蔽地线直流电阻:≤1.91Ω/km;20℃绝缘电阻:≥15000MΩ·km;波阻抗:25±5Ω;耐压试验:导电线芯与铠甲间10000V/5min不击穿;双层金属丝屏蔽层与铠甲间10000V/5min不击穿;电容:1000Hz时芯对铠甲≤190PF/m;电缆拉断力:≥130kN;电缆耐温度:-30~+150℃;电缆的延伸率保持在0.10%以下。

如图1所示,为超声波高压增油电缆,包括导电线芯1,导电线芯1由导体1-1和挤包在导体1-1外的绝缘层1-2组成。导电线芯1的外周挤包改性聚丙烯绝缘层2,改性聚丙烯绝缘层2的外周由内至外依次设置两层金属丝屏蔽层3、内层钢丝铠装4和外层钢丝铠装5,内层钢丝铠装4与外层钢丝铠装5的编织方向相反。
