碳粉盒密封件
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电子照相成像设备用碳粉盒粉仓开口处用来起密封作用的封条装置。
背景技术
碳粉盒含有一个用来盛放碳粉的粉仓,粉仓上面留有一个长方形的粉仓口,工作时,碳粉从粉仓口出来参与显影,由于碳粉颗粒非常微小,所以在存储和搬运的过程中很容易泄露,目前常采用一密封件通过粘贴或焊接在粉仓口平面上来对粉仓进行密封,密封件的宽度大多在15mm~35mm间,当用户使用粉盒时,需先将密封膜从粉仓一侧的封条口处拉出。在存储或搬运时,经常由于焊接或粘贴不良,或者用户在操作的过程中,导致些许碳粉泄露到密封件上,因目前的密封件均为方形,在密封膜拉出的过程中,泄露出来的碳粉被密封膜紧紧包裹起来,最终被聚集到密封塞处,而密封塞与封条口仅能容纳厚度为0.05mm左右的密封膜通过,所以包裹着碳粉的密封膜最终被卡在密封塞内侧,而导致密封膜抽不出来或者被扯断。
发明内容
本设计就是从密封件的结构设计来避免出现由于碳粉聚集而出现密封膜抽不出来或抽断的缺陷。
具体结构如下:本密封件的主要部件是密封垫,其中间有两端或一端呈尖形的开口,上面贴有一可移动的密封膜,密封膜靠近密封垫末端处同样成尖形,在尖形两侧形成侧漏区,从而在拉密封膜的时候,被密封膜包裹的碳粉可从密封膜的两侧漏出来,而不至于被密封膜包裹起来并出现抽不出来的问题。密封垫紧贴粉仓口,密封膜由复合膜制作而成,其一面可与注塑件或密封垫进行焊接,并能在受力时可沿焊接处撕开。可移动的密封膜有个尾巴,即密封膜拉手。在最优选的设计中,该密封膜拉手成燕尾形结构,与密封膜另一端的尖形结构恰好吻合,共同组成与密封膜宽度相同的整体,以便工业成批量生产。用户手握密封膜拉手可将密封膜从封条口处移走。
本实用新型的另一设计是:该碳粉盒密封件由单一的密封膜组成,密封膜可直接粘贴或焊接于粉仓开口处。在封条开口末端处装配有密封塞,靠近密封塞处的密封膜末端呈尖形,另一端呈燕尾形,以适用粉仓开口呈尖形的粉盒。燕尾形结构与密封膜另一端的尖形结构恰好吻合,共同组成与密封膜宽度相同的整体,以便工业成批量生产。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,粉仓(4)的密封主要采用带有密封垫(3)的密封件(1)或不带密封垫(3)的密封件(1)通过粘贴或焊接在粉仓密封垫粘贴或焊接面(4a)上来对粉仓口(4b)进行密封,(2c)为密封膜(2)与密封垫(3)或粉仓密封垫粘贴或焊接面(4a)的焊接区,密封塞(6)装配在封条口(4c)处并压在密封膜拉手端(2a)上,密封塞(6)由软质材料制作而成,具有一定的弹性,当薄的密封膜(2)从密封塞(6)下通过后,其能迅速回弹并与封条口(4c)壁紧密接触,从而对封条口(4c)处进行密封,防止碳粉从封条口处泄露。该传统密封件(1)的密封垫(3)内侧开口与密封膜(2)全部为方形。
如图3、4所示,密封件(1)置于粉仓密封垫粘贴或焊接面(4a)上,用来密封粉仓口(4b)。
如图5所示,在拉密封膜(2)的过程中,碳粉(5)被卷到密封膜末端(2b)处,由于无法泄露,而被卡在封条口(4c)内侧,导致密封膜(2)无法拉出或出现拉断现象。
如图6所示,本实用新型由新型密封垫(31)和新型密封膜(21)组成,新型密封垫(31)开口内侧和新型密封膜末端(21b)靠新型封条口(41c)端设计成尖型,使新型密封膜末端(21b)两侧各留一块三角形的空区,即碳粉泄露区A。
如图7所示,本实用新型的另一设计是一不带密封垫(3)的新型密封膜(21),新型密封膜末端(21b)和粉仓口(4b)靠密封塞(6)端均设计成尖型,使新型密封膜末端(21b)两侧各留有一碳粉泄露区A。
如图8,9所示,本实用新型通过粘贴或焊接的方式紧贴于粉仓密封垫粘贴或焊接面(4a)上,当撕拉新型密封膜(21)时,被新型密封膜(21)包裹的碳粉(5)可从新型密封件(11)的碳粉泄露区A处泄露到粉仓(4)里,而不至于因泄露不出来而卡在封条口(4c)处,从而有效地避免了新型密封膜(21)拉不出来或拉断的现象。
如图10所示,通过燕尾形的冲裁刀(7)可以很方便地将长条形密封膜原材料裁截成我们前部为尖形后部为燕尾形的密封膜(21),适合于密封膜(2)的批量生产。

1.一种碳粉盒密封件,由密封垫和其上可移动的密封膜组成,其特征在于:密封垫中间有两端或一端呈尖形的开口,密封膜靠近密封垫末端处同样成尖形,在尖形两侧形成侧漏区。
2.如权利要求1所述的碳粉盒密封件,其特征在于可移动的密封膜有个尾巴,即密封膜拉手,该密封膜拉手成燕尾形结构,与密封膜另一端的尖形结构恰好吻合,共同组成与密封膜宽度相同的整体。
3.一种碳粉盒密封件,由单一的密封膜组成,密封膜可直接粘贴或焊接于粉仓开口处,在封条开口末端处装配有密封塞,其特征在于:靠近密封塞处的密封膜末端呈尖形,另一端呈燕尾形,燕尾形结构与密封膜另一端的尖形结构恰好吻合,共同组成与密封膜宽度相同的整体。
