技术领域
本实用新型涉及管道阀门,具体涉及用于太阳能热水器的抑垢防冻阀。
背景技术
目前,解决太阳能热水器水管冻结的方法有:1、缠绕保温材料,2、缠绕电热带,3、虹吸方法进行排空,4、在水箱出水口安装缆绳牵拉控制阀的阀门进行排空,5、在上下水管内加设细管,引入暖气片中的热水进行保温。这些方法都存在浪费材料,操作麻烦,影响水流量等缺陷,不能从根本上解决太阳能热水器水管的冻结。另外,紧靠太阳能热水器的一段进出水通道中,容易积聚水垢,造成水流不畅。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对上述不足,提供一种操作简单,能彻底防止太阳能热水器水管冻结的防冻阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种如下结构的太阳能热水器抑垢防冻阀,包括阀体,其结构特点是:所述阀体的相对两端各设有管路连接口,阀体内设有连通两个管路连接口的进出水通道,进出水通道内连接有从其中一个管路连接口穿出阀体的进出水管,进出水通道内滑动连接有拉杆,拉杆上连接有能将进出水管的外端口密封的阀板,拉杆由连接在阀体上的驱动机构驱动,阀体上设有连通进出水通道的进气孔,拉杆上连接有能将进气孔密封的密封装置,阀体的两侧相对设置有两个与进出水通道连通的磁体安装孔,磁体安装孔内装有永磁体。
所述密封装置包括固接在拉杆上的座体,座体内装有弹簧和密封球。
所述驱动机构包括动力装置、转动连接在阀体上且与动力装置动力连接的驱动轴,驱动轴上设有轮齿,拉杆上设有与轮齿啮合的条齿。
所述阀体上外套有防护罩。
本实用新型具有操作简单,能彻底防止太阳能热水器水管冻结和抑制水垢产生的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,太阳能热水器抑垢防冻阀,包括阀体1,阀体1的相对两端各设有管路连接口2,阀体1内设有连通两个管路连接口2的进出水通道3,进出水通道3内连接有从其中一个管路连接口2穿出阀体1的进出水管4,进出水通道3内装有支架16, 支架16上滑动连接有拉杆5,拉杆5上连接有能将进出水管4的外端口密封的阀板6,拉杆5由连接在阀体1上的驱动机构驱动,阀体1上设有连通进出水通道3的进气孔7,拉杆5上连接有能将进气孔7密封的密封装置。密封装置包括固接在拉杆5上的座体8,座体8内装有弹簧9和密封球10。驱动机构包括动力装置11、转动连接在阀体1上且与动力装置11动力连接的驱动轴12,动力装置11可以采用电机或转动式电磁阀。驱动轴12上设有一圈轮齿,拉杆5的一部段上设有与轮齿啮合的条齿,换言之,就是驱动轴12与拉杆5采用齿轮、齿条的传动关系实现二者的动力连接。阀体1的两侧各设有与进出水通道3连通的磁体安装孔13,两磁体安装孔13的孔口相对设置,两磁体安装孔13内各装有永磁体14,一永磁体14的S极与另一永磁体14的N极对应,永磁体14设置的好处在于可以对水进行磁化,减少水垢的生成,防止水垢附着在管道内壁上造成管道内腔狭窄。阀体1上还外套有可防水防尘的防护罩15。
上述结构的太阳能热水器抑垢防冻阀与太阳能热水器配套使用,将防冻阀的一管路连接口2与太阳能热水器的水箱连接,使防冻阀的出水管4的外端口伸入水箱内腔,使防冻阀的另一管路连接口2与上、下水管连接。防冻阀的动作过程如下:以图1所示的状态及图1在纸面上的方向为基础,当太阳能热水器水箱需要补水或需要使用水箱中的热水时,启动动力装置11通过驱动轴12驱动拉杆5向左滑移,座体8也随之左移,密封球10移动到进气孔7下方时,密封球10在弹簧9 的作用下将进气孔7密封,动力装置11停止动作,此时阀板6离开出水管4的外端口,出水管4的外端口处于敞开状态,上述有关部件动作的结果最终使防冻阀处于图2所示的状态,在此状态下,自来水可顺着上下水管、进出水通道3和进出水管4进入太阳能热水器的水箱内,从而实现补水,同样,水箱中的水也可沿上述路径流出,从而实现用水;补水或用水完毕后,在图2所示状态的基础上,启动动力装置11反向转动通过驱动轴12驱动拉杆5向右滑移,座体8也随之右移,密封球10离开进气孔7,阀板6将出水管4的外端口重新封闭,打开室内的放水阀后,由于此时进出水通道3通过进气孔7与大气连通,出水通道3及上下水管内的水在重力的作用下从放水阀流出,从而实现管道的排空。

1. 一种太阳能热水器抑垢防冻阀,包括阀体(1),其特征是:所述阀体(1)的相对两端各设有管路连接口(2),阀体(1)内设有连通两个管路连接口(2)的进出水通道(3),进出水通道(3)内连接有从其中一个管路连接口(2)穿出阀体(1)的进出水管(4),进出水通道(3)内滑动连接有拉杆(5),拉杆(5)上连接有能将进出水管(4)的外端口密封的阀板(6),拉杆(5)由连接在阀体(1)上的驱动机构驱动,阀体(1)上设有连通进出水通道(3)的进气孔(7),拉杆(5)上连接有能将进气孔(7)密封的密封装置,阀体(1)的两侧相对设置有两个与进出水通道(3)连通的磁体安装孔(13),磁体安装孔(13)内装有永磁体(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器抑垢防冻阀,其特征是:所述密封装置包括固接在拉杆(5)上的座体(8),座体(8)内装有弹簧(9)和密封球(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器抑垢防冻阀,其特征是:所述驱动机构包括动力装置(11)、转动连接在阀体(1)上且与动力装置(11)动力连接的驱动轴(12),驱动轴(12)上设有轮齿,拉杆(5)上设有与轮齿啮合的条齿。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的太阳能热水器抑垢防冻阀,其特征是:所述阀体(1)上外套有防护罩。
