Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种LED日光灯,其包括一日光灯本体及至少一保护套。所述目光灯本体的至少一端设置有一灯头,所述保护套套设于所述灯头上。本实用新型LED日光灯通过设置有所述保护套,所述保护套套设于所述灯头上,当使用者将所述LED日光灯安装至灯管支架上时,则可通过握持所述保护套将所述LED日光灯安装至灯管支架上,因而不易与所述灯头接触,从而避免产生触电的危险,最终实现提高安全性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种日光灯,尤其是涉及一种LED日光灯。
背景技术
普通日光灯对工作环境温度要求高,当温度较低时不容易启动,使用时普通日光灯内的氩气电离生热,从而使水银产生蒸汽并发出强烈的紫外线,普通日光灯容易闪烁,影响使用者视力。此外,当普通日光灯的灯管在破裂时,其内流出的发光物质会污染环境及对人类造成伤害。LED灯具有能量转换效率高、开关反应速度快、寿命长、无辐射及功耗低等优点而被广泛应用。
现有的LED日光灯通常设置有位于其两端的灯头,所述灯头设置有一由金属材料制成的套筒及固定在所述套筒上的电极柱。当使用者将所述LED日光灯安装至灯管支架上时,则通常通过握持所述套筒,然后将所述LED日光灯插入灯管支架内,从而可完成安装,然而,由于所述套筒由金属材料制成,因而安装者容易触电,因而不安全。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是针对上述背景技术存在的缺陷提供一种可提高安全性的LED日光灯。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型公开了一种LED日光灯,其包括一日光灯本体及至少一保护套,所述日光灯本体的至少一端设置有一灯头,所述保护套套设于所述灯头上。
进一步地,所述灯头设置有一套筒及固定在所述套筒上的两电极柱,所述保护套设置有一端壁及一简体,所述端壁位于所述简体的一端并与所述筒体相连,所述筒体设置有两与所述电极柱对应的穿孔。
进一步地,所述LED日光灯还包括至少一弹性件,所述弹性件的一端与所述保护套的端壁相抵接,所述弹性件的另一端与所述灯头的套筒相抵接。
进一步地,所述套筒设置有与所述弹性件对应的固定槽,所述弹性件的一端收容在所述固定槽内。
进一步地,所述弹性件为弹簧。
进一步地,所述保护套的端壁内侧朝所述灯头方向延伸形成有与所述弹簧对应的套柱,所述弹簧的一端套设于所述套柱上。
综上所述,本实用新型LED日光灯通过设置有所述保护套,所述保护套套设于所述灯头上,当使用者将所述LED日光灯安装至灯管支架上时,则可通过握持所述保护套将所述LED日光灯安装至灯管支架上,因而不易与所述灯头接触,从而避免产生触电的危险,最终实现提高安全性。

为能进一步了解本实用新型的特征、技术手段以及所达至的具体目的、功能,下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
请参阅图1及图2,本实用新型LED日光灯包括一日光灯本体1、两保护套2及两弹性件3,所述日光灯本体1的两端均设置有一灯头11,所述灯头11设置有一套筒111及固定在所述套筒111上的两电极柱112,所述两电极柱112均电性连接至所述日光灯本体1内的电路模块(图中未示意)。
所述套筒111设置有两以所述套筒111的轴心为中心对称的固定槽113,所述固定槽113呈圆形并延伸至所述套筒111的端面。所述保护套2设置有一端壁21及一筒体22,所述端壁21位于所述筒体22的一端并与所述筒体22相连,所述筒体22设置有两与所述电极柱112对应的穿孔221。
所述保护套2的端壁21内侧朝所述灯头11方向延伸形成有与所述固定槽113对应的套柱23,在本实施例中,所述弹性件3为弹簧,所述弹簧与所述套柱23相对应并套设于所述套柱23上,所述弹簧的一端与所述保护套2的端壁21相抵接,所述弹簧的另一端收容在所述固定槽113内并与所述灯头11的套筒111相抵接。
请参阅图3及图4,本实用新型的组合状态分为非使用状态和使用状态,在非使用状态时,由于所述弹簧的两端分别与所述端壁21及所述套筒111相抵接,此时,所述电极柱112收容在所述保护套2内。使用时只需将保护套2轻轻往灯头11方向推,则两所述电极柱112即可穿过所述穿孔221并延伸至保护套2外,则所述保护套2套设于所述灯头11上,此时本实用新型的组合状态变为使用状态,从而可通过握持所述保护套2将本实用新型安装至灯管支架上。
综上所述,本实用新型LED日光灯通过设置有所述保护套2,所述保护套2套设于所述灯头11上,当使用者将所述LED日光灯安装至灯管支架上时,则可通过握持所述保护套2将所述LED日光灯安装至灯管支架上,因而不易与所述灯头11接触,从而避免产生触电的危险,最终实现提高安全性。

1.一种LED日光灯,其包括一日光灯本体(1),其特征在于:所述LED日光灯还包括保护套(2),所述日光灯本体(1)的至少一端设置有一灯头(11),所述保护套(2)套设于所述灯头(11)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述灯头(11)设置有一套筒(111)及固定在所述套筒(111)上的两电极柱112,所述保护套(2)设置有一端壁(21)及一筒体(22),所述端壁(21)位于所述简体(22)的一端并与所述简体(22)相连,所述简体(22)设置有两与所述电极柱(112)对应的穿孔(221)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述LED日光灯还包括至少一弹性件(3),所述弹性件(3)的一端与所述保护套(2)的端壁(21)相抵接,所述弹性件(3)的另一端与所述灯头(11)的套筒(111)相抵接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述套筒(111)设置有与所述弹性件(3)对应的固定槽(113),所述弹性件(3)的一端收容在所述固定槽(113)内。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述弹性件(3)为弹簧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述保护套(2)的端壁(21)内侧朝所述灯头(11)方向延伸形成有与所述弹簧对应的套柱(23),所述弹簧的一端套设于所述套柱(23)上。
