发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种基片小口PC回收装置,它能将基片粉碎成小口PC颗粒,再真空抽吸到进料口加工成光谍。
本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括粉碎箱和粉碎刀具,其特征是粉碎箱的上方是进料口,进料口下方为粉碎刀具,粉碎刀具通过轴承固定在粉碎箱上,粉碎刀具的一侧连接电机,在粉碎箱的侧面连接真空吸管。废基片从进料口进入,通过粉碎刀具绞切成小口PC颗粒,落入粉碎箱底,通过真空吸管,抽吸到工料口,回收利用加工成产品。
本实用新型的优点是:(1)粉碎在密闭箱体内完成,不会产生灰尘污染环境;(2)通过真空吸管,可以控制回收速度;(3)结构紧凑,制作成本低。
