Abstract

一种新型双过滤器球阀控制型水力自控阀由1个电动球阀(6)作为控制阀门,2个T型三通手动球阀(2、5)和2个Y形过滤器(3、4)组成。这种水力自控阀双过滤回路在水力自控阀工作时可以不截止上游管线水流的情况下,实现在线清洗或更换过滤器的工作,维护简单、方便。采用电动球阀作为控制阀门,比电磁阀抗污能力更强,在长时间不工作或水质较差的环境,也不发生堵塞、发卡、拒动的现象。广泛用于水电站、火电站及工业系统的冷却水管、水处理,油井抽油管路、化工行业的流体管路。

背景技术
水力自控阀门是一种只用一个主阀体,通过加装不同的控制回路利用自身的水压来实现开关、减压、止回、泄压、流量控制等功能的控制阀门。在引入管线水压的前端都装有过滤器,这些过滤器时常会因水质不好而堵塞,一般水力自控阀门回路中过滤器清洗必须把水力自控阀门上游水截止,才能对过滤器进行清洗维护,这样主回路的供水被截止,将会影响工业生产的正常运行。一般水力自控阀门的控制阀门大多采用电磁阀,在长时间不工作或水质较差的环境,常常会使电磁阀堵塞、发卡、拒动,影响工业生产的正常运行。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能在线清洗、更换过滤器且稳定运行的水力自控阀。 
本实用新型双过滤器球阀控制型水力自控阀由2个T型三通手动球阀、2个Y形过滤器组成可在线清洗的前端过滤器回路,1个电动球阀作为控制阀门,电动球阀具有比电磁阀抗污能力更强,在长时间不工作或水质较差的环境,也不发生堵塞、发卡、拒动的现象。

其中:1-水力自控阀主阀体;2、5-T型三通手动球阀;3、4-Y形过滤器;A、B、C、I-管路;6-电动球阀。 
具体实施方式:
如图1所示,由T型三通手动球阀2和Y形过滤器3、T型三通手动球阀5和Y形过滤器4分别组成水力自控阀主阀体1的前端过滤器回路,电动球阀6作为控制阀门。 
如图2所示,当Y形过滤器3发生堵塞时,进行在线清洗,把手动球阀2、5扳到管路C方向。这样管路I与管路C相通,管路I与管路B截止,管路A与管路C相通,管路A与管路B截止。管路B 回路切断,可对Y形过滤器3进行清洗、更换。而此时Y形过滤器4还在正常工作,不影响水力自控阀门的正常工作。 
如图3所示,当Y形过滤器4发生堵塞时,进行在线清洗,把手动球阀2、5扳到管路B方向。这样管路I与管路B相通,管路I与管路C截止,管路A与管路B相通,管路A与管路C截止。管路C回路切断,对Y形过滤器4进行清洗或更换,而此时Y形过滤器3还在正常工作,不影响水力自控阀门的正常工作。 
发明创造的优点 
本实用新型双过滤器球阀控制型水力自控阀,在正常工作时可以不截止上游管线水流的情况下,实现在线清洗或更换过滤器的工作。采用电动球阀作为控制阀门,比电磁阀抗污能力更强,在长时间不工作或水质较差的环境,也不发生堵塞、发卡、拒动的现象。 
本实用新型可广泛用于水电站、火电站及工业系统的冷却水管、水处理,油井抽油管路、化工行业的流体管路。
