如图1所示，一种笔帽防掉线，包括笔帽1，笔杆2，弹性软线3。在笔帽1下端边缘靠近笔挂处，开设螺钉孔，在笔杆2的中间位置也开设相同螺钉孔，在弹性软线3的两端头分别压接一个相同垫圈。用螺钉4分别拧入笔帽1、笔杆2上的螺钉孔，并将弹性软线3的垫圈，分别固定到笔帽1上和笔杆2上。弹性软线3尽量细小，与笔身的颜色一致。
使用笔时，从笔杆2前端摘下笔帽1，罩在笔杆2末端上，弹性软线3始终将笔帽1与笔杆2连系在一起，使笔帽1不脱离笔杆2，防止笔帽1丢失。
本实用新型方便人们使用书写笔，防止笔帽丢失，减少生活烦恼。
