LED灯由于具有亮度高，寿命长，节能，使用方便，工作稳定可靠等优点，已被人们广泛应用到灯具产品的方方面面之中。但将LED灯作为个体可以转动的装饰灯或桌灯尚未见其相关的报道。

为了进一步拓宽LED灯应用的领域，本实用新型的目的是要提供一种结构简单，使用方便可靠，既可以作为装饰灯又可以用于桌面上使用的一种可以转动的LED节能彩色装饰灯。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种可以转动的LED节能彩色装饰灯，其特征是：有一个中间安装有LED灯的电源与电路的底座，底座的上端设置有转动灯头座，灯头座的中间上端安装有带有散热片的LED灯固定板，固定板上端固定有LED灯组。
所述的转动灯头座其电机是安装在底座上。该转动的机构是采用现有常用公知的技术。
所述的灯泡有椭圆状或圆球状的足球或篮球或排球等球类形状。
所述的LED灯的电源与电路是采用现有公知的电源与电路。
所述的LED灯组有2～60个灯，且有各种的色彩。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于本实用新型将LED灯引入到装饰灯中，同时利用公知的机械转动技术让其转动起来，从而使LED灯的色彩变化与灯泡的转动结合为一体，形成了美丽的照明装饰品。而且本实用新型结构简单，使用方便可靠。
