本实用新型公开了一种气体低泄漏计量检测装置,该装置主要由高位水箱、低位水箱,水管、气管、量筒、阀门及控制器构成,主要目的是要形成量筒内充满水的倒扣真空,以便使用“排水集气法”收集气体,测量气体的泄漏量,高位水箱和量筒之间用水管连通,量筒排水口用集水漏斗收集并通过管路回流到低位水箱,高位水箱的上部连接排气管,量筒的上端通过关断阀连接到排气管上,量筒的下端通过三通阀连接到水管上,集气管有两个以上分支气管,其中一个深入到高位水箱里,另外的分别深入到量筒内,本实用新型原理简单新颖,结构简单可靠,操作容易。

[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种气体低泄漏计量检测装置,该装置适用于气体低泄漏量的检 测,同样也适用于需要对气体泄漏量进行收集和计量任何场合。

[0003] 日常生活和工业生产中,常常需要对气体管道进行检测是否泄漏,中国专利号 200780006520. 1公开的《测定气体泄漏的方法和装置》,和中国专利号200810135671. 3公 开的《气体泄漏检测的方法和装置》,结构复杂,操作不便,且成本高。“排水集气法”,是一 种常见的简单收集气体的方式,由物理学知识可知,若向一充满某液体的集气瓶中逆向通 入不溶于该液体的气体,则可将其中的液体排出,并使容器内充满该气体,(利用压强的原 理)依据这一原理便可直接利用集气瓶通过排某些液体来收集气体。该方法虽然简单,但 存在操作不便、需要人工扶持,不能重复等诸多缺点,不能作为产品推广使用。

[0005] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种气体低泄漏计量检测装置,解决现有技术中气体 泄漏检测装置结构复杂,操作不便等问题。

[0018] 量筒6中灌满水形成真空的过程:以高位水箱的水压,操作量筒下端的三通阀8、 量筒6上段的关断阀7,就可以将高位水箱1的水压入到量筒直至灌满,灌满后关闭关断阀 7,切换三通阀8到排水位置,即完成了量筒集气法测量的准备;通过集气管收集来的气体, 可以通过常开的电磁阀DFO进入上位水箱,就可以实现观察冒泡作定性分析是否泄漏;关 断电磁阀DF0,同时打开电磁阀DF1,通过集气管收集来的气体,可以进入第一个小的量筒, 形成“集气”和“排水”,控制器13控制电磁阀DFO和电磁阀DFl恢复,根据定时时间、量筒 内的气体数量就可以计算出所测量对象的泄漏量大小;测量中排出的水由集水漏斗收集流 入下位水箱2,下位水箱2外连接有一个低位水泵,可将下位水箱2的水打到高位水箱1中, 形成循环使用,方便了操作。
[0019] 如果在主集气管设计一分支,配以气体式电子流量计或浮子流量计,通过控制器 控制阀门,则装置就具有了电子流量计或浮子流量计或量筒三种测试手段,用户可根据需 要自行选择,实现测试目的。

- 一种气体低泄漏计量检测装置,其特征在于:主要由高位水箱(1)、低位水箱(2)、水管(3)、集气管(4)、排气管(5)、量筒(6)、关断阀(7)、三通阀(8)、控制器(13)和四个电磁阀构成,高位水箱(1)和量筒(6)之间用水管(3)连通,高位水箱(1)的上部连接排气管(5),量筒(6)的上端通过关断阀(7)连接到排气管(5)上,量筒(6)的下端通过三通阀(8)连接到水管(3)上。
- 2.如权利要求1所述的气体低泄漏计量检测装置,其特征在于:所述的集气管(4)有 两个以上分支气管,其中一个深入到高位水箱(1)里,另外的分别深入到量筒(6)内。
- 3.如权利要求1或2所述的气体低泄漏计量检测装置,其特征在于:所述的量筒(6)的 集气口从下端进入量筒(6)内,并有向上的弯头,头部成45°角,集气口入口的高度与三通 阀(8)的排水口高度相同。
- 4.如权利要求1或2所述的气体低泄漏计量检测装置,其特征在于:所述的高位水箱 (1)里的水位低于集气管(4) 口和排气管(5)。
- 5.如权利要求1所述的气体低泄漏计量检测装置,其特征在于:所述的高位水箱(1) 采用透明材料制成,低位水箱(2)采用不锈钢或其他防锈材料制成。
