本实用新型涉及一种球阀,尤其是涉及一种在球阀的入口处增加配流盘,使其流量特性转变成等百分比特性的一种新型控制球阀。 
背景技术
已有技术的控制球阀,流量激增过快;流量系数过大;流量控制部分负载,造成这种现象的原因是由于传统球阀在阀门刚刚开启时,流量增加过快,即呈现快开特性。同时传统球阀的流量系数值很大,数倍于相同公称直径的座阀。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术之不足,提供一种新型控制球阀。本实用新型结构简单,成本低,具有更好的控制力。 
实现本实用新型发明目的的技术方案如下: 
一种新型控制球阀,包括执行器、方形阀门轴头、阀球、配流盘,所述的方形阀门轴头连接执行器,配流盘与阀球连接,配流盘的内侧为凹形,与阀球紧密配合,水流通过阀芯开孔与配流盘V型开口之间的开度得到精确控制。通过配流盘,球阀的Kvs值减小到形同规格座阀的Kvs 值。安装不同形状开口的配流盘,同一尺寸的阀门还可有不同的Kvs,避免了水管变径的麻烦。

如图1所示,一种新型控制球阀,包括执行器、方形阀门轴头、阀球、配流盘、内螺纹,所述的方形阀门轴头2连接执行器1,配流盘4与阀球3连接,内螺纹5连接法兰,配流盘4的内侧设为凹形,与阀球3紧密配合,水流通过阀芯开孔与配流盘V型开口之间的开度得到精确控制。通过配流盘4,球阀的Kvs值减小到形同规格座阀的Kvs值。安装不同形状开口的配流盘,同一尺寸的阀门还可有不同的Kvs,避免了水管变径的麻烦。

1.新型控制球阀,包括执行器、方形阀门轴头、阀球、配流盘,其特征在于:所述的方形阀门轴头连接执行器,配流盘与阀球连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型控制球阀,其特征在于:所述的配流盘的内侧设为凹形,与阀球紧密配合。
