市场上有部分齿轮采用非金属制成，例如树脂齿轮，其主要效果是可以极大地降低机械传动过程中产生的噪音，以及其与金属齿轮配合时，由于是两种软硬度不同的齿轮，在传动的过程中，产生的磨损非常小，但这种齿轮存在缺点，由于其刚度和硬度都非常有限，在传动的过程中，若产生冲击时，齿轮上的齿容易损坏。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点，提供一种耐冲击的复合体齿轮。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的技术方案为：一种复合体齿轮，包括有非金属的齿轮主体，在齿轮主体的端面上固定设有强度和硬度都比齿轮主体大的金属齿轮副体。
所述的齿轮主体为树脂齿轮。
所述的金属齿轮副体为钢铁齿轮。
经结构改进后，齿轮的传动功能主要由非金属齿轮主体承担，承受冲击就由金属齿轮副体承担，使用本齿轮传动既安静、耐磨损又可抗冲击。
