针对现有塑料箱的缺点，本实用新型提供一种新型的折叠式塑料箱。

一种折叠式塑料箱，包含上围框、底围框，上围框左右两侧对称设置有侧板；上围框前后两侧分别设置有上侧板，上侧板与下侧板一端连接；下侧板另一端与底围框连接；
所述上围框与侧板的连接方式为活动铰链连接；
所述上围框与上侧板的连接方式为活动铰链连接；
所述上侧板与下侧板的连接方式为活动铰链连接；
所述下侧板与底围框的连接方式为活动铰链连接；
所述上围框、侧板、上侧板、下侧板、底围框的材质为高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯或丙烯酸。

具体实施方式
一种折叠式塑料箱，如图1所示，包含上围框1、底围框5，上围框1左右两侧对称设置有侧板2；上围框1前后两侧分别设置有上侧板3，上侧板3与下侧板4一端连接；下侧板4另一端与底围框5连接。在实际实施过程中，首先将上围框1向上提起，由于各零件间的连接方式均采用活动铰链连接，如图2所示，上围框1运动带动上侧板3与下侧板4运动，直到上侧板3与下侧板4展开成一平侧面；在上围框1向上提起的同时侧板2随之下垂，此时，所成侧面与上围框1、下围框5成90度角；最后将侧板2与下围框摆正成90度角。从而最终构成一个塑料箱供使用，如图3所示。当折叠收起时，操作过程反之即可。此折叠塑料箱储存或使用不占面积，储存运输能承受外力的挤压折叠式塑料箱用于水果，蔬菜一般使用及工业物流配送；也可储存衣物等生活日用品，使用极为方便。

6.根据权利要求5所述一种折叠式塑料箱，其特征在于，所述上围框(1)、侧板(2)、上侧板(3)、下侧板(4)和底围框(5)的材质为高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯或丙烯酸。
