本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：包括桶壳、把手、脱水机构、脱水篮、螺旋桨、拉环、轮子，桶壳上装有把手，桶壳内部呈阶梯形，阶梯形上端装有脱水篮，阶梯形下端装有螺旋桨，桶壳底部装有脱水机构，把手同侧的桶壳底部装有轮子，桶壳另一侧上端装有拉环。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：设计简单，轮子的设计使使用时更加方便。

具体实施方式
实施例1：如图1所示，包括桶壳1、把手2、脱水机构3、脱水篮4、螺旋桨5、拉环6、轮子7，桶壳1上装有把手2，桶壳1内部呈阶梯形，阶梯形上端装有脱水篮4，阶梯形下端装有螺旋桨5，桶壳1底部装有脱水机构3，把手2同侧的桶壳1底部装有轮子7，桶壳1另一侧上端装有拉环6，使用时踩踏脱水机构3，脱水机构3带动脱水蓝4和螺旋桨5运动，需要移动时在拉环6上栓上绳子向上提拉，使轮子7着地拖动行走即可。
