本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种定量勺，在盐匙设有盐仓及仓盖，盐仓后端设有漏口，盐匙柄设有勾手，使用时将盐匙前端插入盐罐中提起，定量盐就盛在盐仓中，多余的盐落回盐罐中，向上抬起盐匙的盐仓，盐就会从漏口倒在菜中，盐匙柄勾手即可防止盐匙脱手也可作为挂钩用。
本实用新型的特点是，结构简单，定量用盐，使用方便。
