Abstract

本实用新型提供一种太阳能组件屋顶系统的太阳能组件安装结构,其太阳能板组件包括太阳能板及太阳能板的安装框,所述安装结构还包括支撑条、支撑块、压条和卡槽,与支撑条平行方向上的相邻太阳能组件之间的底部由所述卡槽定位,与支撑条平行方向上的相邻太阳能组件之间的上部由密封胶条密封。由于采用本实用新型的技术方案,不仅整体结构重量轻、用材省,而且太阳能组件的安装结构极为稳定、使用寿命长;各结构间的连接方式极为方便,防漏措施由组件间的配合即可实现,而不必使用传统太阳能组件屋顶系统安装时所必不可少的榔头、尺子、硅胶、防水胶等工具和材料。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及太阳能组件屋顶系统的太阳能组件安装结构。
背景技术
屋顶太阳能发电系统的实现,主要有两种方式,一种为在现有屋顶上架设太阳能板,但其支架系统比较复杂,操作难度大而且有损坏原有屋顶结构的风险。另一种为将太阳能板安装后直接作为屋顶,这是目前屋顶太阳能发电系统的发展趋势。
目前安装太阳能电池板多采用横梁来固定,在横梁和屋顶材料之间的缝隙上套上横梁连接件,各横梁经置于两端的螺栓与一对支撑托梁固定相连,这种方式的缺点是安装很麻烦,又不牢靠,电池板背面的连接螺栓易松动,甚至脱出,使电池板被掀起脱落。
如何使太阳能组件屋顶在保证发电需要的前提下尽可能满足屋顶结构的需要,并且结构简单且可靠、安装方便,是亟待需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种太阳能组件屋顶系统的太阳能组件安装结构,其结构简单且可靠、安装方便,使用寿命长。为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
所述太阳能板组件包括太阳能板及太阳能板的安装框,
所述安装结构还包括支撑条,相邻的所述支撑条之间的间距与单块太阳能组件的宽度或长度对应,所述支撑条由横截面呈W形的铝合金型材构成,所述支撑条的W形中间的倒V形顶部具有安装平面,
所述安装结构还设有支撑块,所述支撑块骑设在支撑条的倒V形顶部,所述支撑块呈对称形,其两侧具有肩部,中间具有突出的头部,头部的两侧具有相邻太阳能板组件的限位面,所述太阳能板组件搁置在支撑块的所述肩部;
所述安装结构还设有压条,所述压条与所述支撑条同方向并设置在支撑条的上方,所述压条的两侧具有压边,所述两侧的压边分别压在搁置在支撑块两侧肩部的太阳能板组件上,所述压条的中间部位呈槽形并嵌入于搁置在支撑块两侧肩部的太阳能板组件之间的间隙中,压条的中间部位和支撑块和支撑条的倒V形顶部用螺钉连接在一起;
所述安装结构内还设有卡槽,所述卡槽由型材构成,所述卡槽的槽口开在卡槽的一侧,所述卡槽内部具有容纳安装框底边的侧腔,与支撑条平行方向上的相邻太阳能组件之间的底部由所述卡槽定位,与支撑条平行方向上的相邻太阳能组件之间的上部由密封胶条密封。
由于采用本实用新型的技术方案,通过由横截面呈W形的支撑条、支撑块及压件配合形成的岛式支撑安装固定,不仅整体结构重量轻、用材省,而且太阳能组件的安装结构极为稳定、使用寿命长;同时,各结构间的连接方式极为方便,防漏措施由组件间的配合即可实现,系统安装时,采用电钻、卷尺、扳手、套筒、美工刀这些简单工具即可方便地如搭积木般完成组件间的安装,而不必使用传统太阳能组件屋顶系统安装时所必不可少的榔头、尺子、硅胶、防水胶等工具和材料。

具体实施方式
参照附图。本实施例所提供的太阳能组件屋顶系统,由枕梁3及与枕梁垂直并安装在枕梁上的支撑条4构成的支撑系统。所述枕梁由横截面呈倒V形的铝合金型材构成。所述支撑条由横截面呈W形的铝合金型材构成,所述支撑条的W形中间的倒V形顶部41低于支撑条的W形两翼高度42并具有安装平面;相邻的所述支撑条之间的间距与单块太阳能组件的宽度或长度对应,即,单块太阳能组件搁在相邻支撑条上的支撑块上;所述屋顶系统用螺钉5穿过所述安装平面与枕梁3的倒V形顶部连接,在支撑条4的W形两侧的双V形的底部43设有防滑垫6。
所述太阳能板组件包括太阳能板1及太阳能板的安装框2;
本实用新型所提供的安装结构内除所述支撑条4外还设有支撑块7,所述支撑块7骑设在支撑条的倒V形顶部41,所述支撑块呈对称形,其两侧具有肩部71,中间具有突出的头部72,头部的两侧具有与枕梁平行方向的相邻太阳能板组件的限位面73,所述太阳能板组件搁置在支撑块的所述肩部;
在本实施例中还设有第一侧边块81,所述第一侧边块搁置在所述屋顶系统最外侧的支撑条上的支撑块外侧肩部上,其外部有所述屋顶系统的第一边罩板82;
所述安装结构内还设有压条100,所述压条与所述支撑条同方向并设置在支撑条的上方,所述压条的两侧具有压边101,所述两侧的压边分别压在搁置在支撑块两侧肩部的物体上,所述压条的中间部位呈槽形并嵌入于搁置在支撑块两侧肩部的物体之间的间隙中,所述安装结构用螺钉600将压条的中间部位、支撑块和支撑条的倒V形顶部连接在一起;
所述安装结构内还设有压盖条200,所述压盖条设置在压条100上,所述压盖条具有伸入所述压条中间部位的所述槽中并与其卡接的插脚201,所述压盖条的两侧具有下垂的盖沿202;
所述安装结构内还设有卡槽300,所述卡槽由型材构成,所述卡槽的槽口301开在卡槽的一侧,所述卡槽内部具有容纳安装框底边的侧腔302,与枕梁3垂直方向上的相邻太阳能组件之间的底部由所述卡槽300定位,与枕梁3垂直方向上的相邻太阳能组件之间的上部由密封胶条400密封;
本实施例还设有第二边挡块91,所述第二边挡块挡在与枕梁平行方向上的最外侧太阳能组件外并处于与枕梁平行方向上的相邻太阳能组件的间隙外,所述第二边挡块插在所述卡槽的槽口内,所述第二边挡块的外部与太阳能组件之间夹固所述屋顶系统的第二边罩板92。
所述支撑条的W形两翼具有向外侧延伸的支撑所述卡槽的托面44,所述托面上制有防滑槽45,所述防滑槽45与卡槽300的底面配合,起到进一步的防滑作用。
本实施例还设有定位钩500,所述定位钩与所述卡槽的托面44连接,定位与枕梁垂直方向上的最外侧太阳能组件的位置。

1.太阳能组件屋顶系统的太阳能组件安装结构,其特征在于:所述太阳能板组件包括太阳能板及太阳能板的安装框,
所述安装结构还包括支撑条,相邻的所述支撑条之间的间距与单块太阳能组件的宽度或长度对应,所述支撑条由横截面呈W形的铝合金型材构成,所述支撑条的W形中间的倒V形顶部具有安装平面,
所述安装结构还设有支撑块,所述支撑块骑设在支撑条的倒V形顶部,所述支撑块呈对称形,其两侧具有肩部,中间具有突出的头部,头部的两侧具有相邻太阳能板组件的限位面,所述太阳能板组件搁置在支撑块的所述肩部;
所述安装结构还设有压条,所述压条与所述支撑条同方向并设置在支撑条的上方,所述压条的两侧具有压边,所述两侧的压边分别压在搁置在支撑块两侧肩部的太阳能板组件上,所述压条的中间部位呈槽形并嵌入于搁置在支撑块两侧肩部的太阳能板组件之间的间隙中,压条的中间部位和支撑块和支撑条的倒V形顶部用螺钉连接在一起;
所述安装结构内还设有卡槽,所述卡槽由型材构成,所述卡槽的槽口开在卡槽的一侧,所述卡槽内部具有容纳安装框底边的侧腔,与支撑条平行方向上的相邻太阳能组件之间的底部由所述卡槽定位,与支撑条平行方向上的相邻太阳能组件之间的上部由密封胶条密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能组件屋顶系统的太阳能组件安装结构,其特征在于所述安装结构还设有压盖条,所述压盖条设置在压条上,所述压盖条具有伸入所述压条中间部位的所述槽中并与其卡接的插脚,所述压盖条的两侧具有下垂的盖沿。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的太阳能组件屋顶系统的太阳能组件安装结构,其特征在于所述支撑条的W形中间的倒V形顶部低于支撑条的W形两翼高度并具有安装平面,所述支撑条的W形两翼具有向外侧延伸的支撑所述卡槽的托面,所述托面上制有防滑槽。
