本实用新型涉及锂离子电池领域,特别涉及一种卷绕式锂离子电池。
背景技术
目前,在锂离子电池的生产中,大部分是卷绕式锂离子电池,但这种电池电池受到外部撞击、穿钉等异常情况发生时,能量得不到快速释放,导致经常会发生爆炸或燃烧等危险。
发明内容
为克服上述技术缺陷,本实用新型公开了一种安全性高的卷绕式锂离子电池。
本实用新型的技术方案如下所述:一种卷绕式锂离子电池,包括由正极片、负极片和隔膜组成的电芯卷绕体,所述隔膜在正极片和负极片之间,其特征在于:在所述正极片和负极片各自位于电芯卷绕体最外层卷绕部分为未涂覆有活性材料的正极集流体和负极集流体。
本实用新型由于电池的正极片和负极片各自位于电芯卷绕体最外层卷绕部分为未涂覆有活性材料的正极集流体和负极集流体,这样,当电池受到外部撞击、穿钉等异常情况发生时,可以使得外部未涂覆活性材料正极集流体和负极集流体之间首先发生短路,使得电池能量短时间内可得到快速释放,从而避免热量聚集而发生爆炸或燃烧等危险,大大提高了电池安全性能。

具体实施方案
下面将通过具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
图1是本实用新型的正极片结构示意图,图2是本实用新型的电芯卷绕体的结构示意图。如图1所示,本实用新型的正极片11的外端22没有涂覆正极活性材料的正极集流体,负极片结构类似正极片,也是在外端没有涂覆负极活性材料的负极集流体,用上述的正极片11和负极片以及隔膜进行卷绕制成电芯卷绕体,而电芯卷绕体如图2所示,设有正极极耳12和负极极耳13,所述正极片11和负极片各自位于电芯卷绕体最外层卷绕部分为未涂覆有活性材料的正极集流体22和负极集流体。
本实用新型由于电池的正极片和负极片各自位于电芯卷绕体最外层卷绕部分为未涂覆有活性材料的正极集流体和负极集流体,这样,当电池受到外部撞击、穿钉等异常情况发生时,可以使得外部未涂覆活性材料正极集流体和负极集流体之间首先发生短路,使得电池能量短时间内可得到快速释放,从而避免热量聚集而发生爆炸或燃烧等危险,大大提高了电池安全性能。
