一种曲盘式高效率地道风装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑节能技术领域。
背景技术
地道风节能技术是指利用地道冷却或加热空气,然后通过机械送风或诱导式通风系统送至地面上的建筑物,达到降温或加温目的的一种专门技术。系统相当于一台空气-土壤的能量交换器,利用地层对自然界的冷、热能量的储存作用来调节建筑物的室内空气温度,改善室内居住环境,由于系统简单、节省能量而引起人们的重视。
该技术初期主要应用于影剧院、礼堂和工业厂房等公共建筑物,使用已建成的地下工程如城市人防工程、防空洞提供温度约在17-22℃恒温空气,从而简易实现室内环境的恒温控制。这种方法具有工程造价低,经济效果和节能效果显著等优点。近年来,由于新建建筑多不具备从人防工程引风的条件,在无现成地道可利用的情况下,需要建造专供空气冷却或加温用的简易地道。
一般情况下,目前地道风系统传热过程是通过空气与地下埋管及周边土壤之间的热交换实现的。埋管设计的基本要求是:1)埋管深度h应在地表内4-6米至32米之间,具体应通土壤恒温层勘探确定,要求恒温层在当地年平均气温上下1.5℃范围内波动为宜;2)埋管管径通过所需风量及风速计算确定,风速一般取值范围是3m-6m/s;3)为了保证空气在地下埋管内能够有足够的时间与周边土壤之间进行热交换,地下埋管的管长通常需要比管径大数十乃至数百倍,具体计算需要考虑地埋管周边土壤的热传导系数、埋管热传导系数、地埋管壁面对流换热系数、地埋管壁面面积、空气流速、空气流量以及最大风道热损值等诸多因素。因此我们不难发现,目前地道风系统一是设计复杂且实际运行情况往往与设计指标误差较大;二是施工难度大从而导致成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种制造成本低、制冷效果好、结构简单、高效节能的曲盘式高效率地道风装置。
曲盘式高效率地道风装置可以做成系列化标准产品,设计时只需考虑所需风量从而决定装置并联安装数量,从而彻底降低设计工作的难度并降低实际运行情况与设计指标的误差;施工时利用钻机进行机械化钻孔,标准化安装,从而提高工作效率,保证作业规范性,提高施工质量,降低施工难度。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种曲盘式高效率地道风装置,包含曲盘状风管,放置曲盘状风管的风管密封筒和灌注于密封筒内、在风管密封筒和风管之间起热能传导作用的导热液;在盘状风管的进风口或出风口设置有风机。
本实用新型所述的曲盘状风管由薄壁金属或非金属管材制成,管材外径取值范围为200-1000mm,曲盘匝数取值范围为5-20匝。
本实用新型所述的风管密封筒其管壁内径应大于曲盘状风管的3倍;在风管密封筒顶面设置有导热液灌注孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是,具有造价成本低、制冷效果好、结构简单、高效节能、经济效果显著的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型装置包含曲盘状风管1、放置曲盘状风管的风管密封筒2和灌注于密封筒内,在风管密封筒和风管之间起热能传导作用的导热液3;在盘状风管1的进风口5或出风口6设置有风机7。本实用新型所述的曲盘状风管1由薄壁金属或非金属管材制成,管材外径取值范围为200-1000mm,曲盘匝数取值范围为5-20匝。采取曲盘结构的目的,在于增加风管内空气流动的路径长度和提高管壁与空气的换热效率。本实用新型所述的风管密封筒2其管壁内径应大于曲盘状风管的3倍;在风管密封筒顶面设置有导热液灌注孔4。
本实用新型曲盘状风管、风管密封筒可以通过简单的机械结构计算确定选择材料,并在工厂内进行标准化加工、组装。需要注意的是,曲盘状风管、风管密封筒若采用金属材料制作,应进行防锈涂漆或镀膜处理处理。地埋深度h应通过动过土壤恒温层勘探确定。本实施例埋管深度h在地表内16米左右,要求恒温层在当地年平均气温上下1.5℃范围内波动为宜;风速一般取值范围是3m-6m/s。在盘状风管1的进风口5或出风口6设置的风机7,可视进风或出风选择正压或者负压风机。
本实用新型的高效率地道风装置,风管密封筒由具有足够抗挤压强度的金属或非金属管材制成,管材内径应大于曲盘状风管的3倍,以有利于曲盘风管套装;底部密封;上部密封且将曲盘风管进风口和出风口分别引出,并设置有可密封导热液灌注孔。
本实用新型所述的导热液由无机盐类粉末、石墨粉末、烷烃液体分散剂、活化剂、水构成,其质量配比可为:无机盐类粉末(3-5)∶石墨粉末(1-2)∶烷烃液体分散剂(5-10)∶活化剂(1-2)∶水(200-1000)。在风管密封筒和曲盘状风管之间灌注导热液和在曲盘式高效率地道风装置周边密实填充泥土并浇注导热液的目的,前者是为了保证曲盘状风管与风管密封筒之间能进行良好的热交换,后者是为了提高装置周围土热传导率。
本实用新型在具体安装施工中,可采用以下施工流程:土壤恒温层勘探→曲盘式高效率地道风装置安装数量设计→定位打孔→安装→向装置内灌注导热液→灌注孔密封→装置周边密实填充泥土并浇注导热液→地表土填充复位。在向装置内灌注导热液流程中,应保证导热液灌满风管密封筒,且不渗漏进入曲盘状风管。

1.一种曲盘式高效率地道风装置,其特征在于,该装置包含曲盘状风管(1),放置曲盘状风管的风管密封筒(2)和灌注于密封筒内、在风管密封筒和风管之间起热能传导作用的导热液(3);在盘状风管(1)的进风口(5)或出风口(6)设置有风机(7)。
