本实用新型是一种洗碗机的加热装置。包括放置在加热腔内的发热管,加热腔内设有加热筒体,发热管置于加热筒体内。本实用新型发热管对加热筒体进行加热,再通过加热筒体加热水流,由于加热筒体的加热面积大,提高了加热的效率,大大降低了能耗,且由于加热管与水之间有一个加热筒体保护,使水与发热管分离,加大了安全系数,同时,加热筒体的两端均可做成封闭式,减少了不必要的热量流失。另外,由于加热筒体占了一定的体积,所以加热腔的体积大大减小,单位时间内通过加热腔的水流减少,增加了水流的加热温度,简化安装工艺,提高装配效率和精度,缩短了加热时间的同时降低了洗碗机整机耗电量,增强了使用的安全性,延长加热装置的使用寿命,减少了整个洗涤的耗水量。

本实用新型的工作原理如下:发热管1对加热筒体3进行加热,再通过加热筒体3对加热腔1内的水流进行加热,由于加热筒体3的加热面积大,提高了加热的效率,大大降低了能耗。

3.根据权利要求2所述的洗碗机的加热装置,其特征在于上述加热筒体(3)为不锈钢圆筒。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的洗碗机的加热装置,其特征在于上述加热筒体(3)的两端均可做成封闭式。
