本实用新型涉及一种筒型电磁调速系统,包括内筒转子、外筒转子、导电滑环、电刷、直流电源,内筒转子设置于输入轴端,外筒转子设置在输出轴端,内筒转子与外筒转子同轴嵌套,所述内筒转子上设置有软磁体,软磁体上设有线圈,与软磁体对应位置的外筒转子上设有永磁体,所述的输入轴上还设有导电滑环,导电滑环与电刷相配合,电刷分别与直流电源的正负极相连接,导电滑环与线圈通过导线相连接。所述的内筒转子上设置的软磁体,其周向相邻软磁体所绕线圈旋向相反,轴向相邻软磁体所绕线圈方向相同。本实用新型的有益效果是:内筒转子上的软磁体,减少退磁现象,实现对输出轴转速的控制;筒型结构产生电磁强,永磁体面积也很大,提高了做功效率。

本实用新型涉及工业控制领域,尤其涉及一种筒型电磁调速系统。
背景技术
目前变频调速广泛应用在工业现场中,通过控制电机输入频率来控制电机输出转速,价格比较昂贵,结构和操作复杂,变频器的电力电子器件工作在开关状态,因而产生大量谐波污染电网,影响通讯,并且对环境的要求较高,不适合在恶劣环境中工作。随着科技的发展,永磁耦合调速系统应运而生。其通过调节永磁体和铜盘之间的气隙来改变输出转矩,从而实现调速的目的。这类磁耦合系统的缺陷是:磁体体积小,产生力矩小,调速范围有限;结构复杂,增加了设计难度;易产生退磁现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种筒型电磁调速系统,实现系统的稳定调速,避免退磁现象,简化结构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种筒型电磁调速系统,包括内筒转子、外筒转子、导电滑环、电刷、直流电源,内筒转子设置于输入轴端,外筒转子设置在输出轴端,内筒转子与外筒转子同轴嵌套,所述内筒转子上设置有软磁体,软磁体上设有线圈,与软磁体对应位置的外筒转子上设有永磁体,所述的输入轴上还设有导电滑环,导电滑环与电刷相配合,电刷分别与直流电源的正负极相连接,导电滑环与线圈通过导线相连接。
所述的内筒转子上设置的软磁体,其周向相邻软磁体所绕线圈旋向相反,轴向相邻软磁体所绕线圈方向相同。
所述的软磁体与内筒转子间、永磁体与外筒转子间还设有铁衬。
所述的永磁体和软磁体为一个套在另一个外面的套筒式结构。
所述的软磁体与永磁体均为瓦形。
所述的电刷与电源之间还设有调节线圈内电流的大小的电流调节器。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:1)其输入轴和输出轴采用电磁耦合的方式连接,取代传统的钢性连接,降低轴间同轴度的精度要求;2)内筒转子上的软磁体,为低矫顽力和高磁导率的磁性材料,减少退磁现象,其瓦形结构,可以得到均匀的环形气隙,与筒型相吻合,有利于提高传动扭矩,加入铁衬,有利于形成闭合磁路,减少回路磁阻;3)采用电磁调速原理,通过电流调节器控制电流大小和方向,实现电磁磁性的大小和方向的控制;4)在每组软磁体与永磁体单独产生的力矩基础上,相邻的软磁体与永磁体组也产生力矩合力,所以它产生的力矩大于单组软磁体与永磁体产生的力矩,提高了工作效率;5)开放式筒型结构,有效防止涡流发热,不必设计散热装置,简化了结构,并且筒型结构产生电磁强,永磁体面积也很大,因此产生的力矩也大,提高了做功效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
见图1、图2,一种筒型电磁调速系统,包括内筒转子1、外筒转子2、导电滑环3、电刷4、直流电源5,内筒转子1设置于输入轴6端,输入轴6为空心结构,外筒转子2设置在输出轴7端,内筒转子1与外筒转子2同轴嵌套,所述内筒转子1上设置有软磁体8,软磁体8上设有线圈9,软磁体8与内筒转子1间还设有铁衬10,与软磁体8对应位置的外筒转子2上设有永磁体11,软磁体8与永磁体11之间有一定气隙16,永磁体11与外筒转子2间设有铁衬15,加入铁衬有利于形成闭合磁路,减少回路磁阻;所述的输入轴6上还设有导电滑环3,导电滑环3与电刷4相配合,一对电刷4分别与直流电源5的正负极相连接,导电滑环3与线圈9通过导线12、导线13相连接,导线12和导线13的数量与软磁体8轴向数量相等,实施例中选择三组导线,分别给三组软磁体8通电流。所述的软磁体8为瓦形硅钢片(铁硅合金),永磁体11为瓦形钕铁硼磁铁,软磁体8为瓦形结构,与筒型相吻合,可以得到均匀的环形气隙,有利于提高传动扭矩,所述的电刷4与直流电源5之间还设有电流调节器14,电流调节器14可以调节线圈9中电流的大小,从而改变软磁体8产生的磁性力矩的大小,实现输出轴7的输出转速的控制。
见图3,所述的内筒转子1上设置的软磁体8,其周向相邻软磁体8所绕线圈9旋向相反,使其产生不同的极性,轴向相邻软磁体8所绕线圈9方向相同,使其产生相同的极性。在轴向每组软磁体与永磁体电磁耦合产生的力矩基础上,相邻的软磁体与永磁体组也产生力矩合力,所以它产生的力矩大于单组软磁体与永磁体产生的力矩,提高了工作效率。
当输入轴6带动内筒转子1转动时,内筒转子1上的软磁体8与外筒转子2上的永磁体11之间产生一个偏角,形成的磁场产生扭矩,带动外筒转子2转动,从而带动输出轴7转动,实现转矩的输出。为提高转矩的输出,轴向方向可设置3~6排磁体对,实施例中设置了3排,它们之间能互相产生力矩,所以大幅提高了效率。
本实用新型采用开放式筒型结构,能有效防止涡流发热,不必设计散热装置,简化了结构,并且筒型结构产生的电磁力更强,永磁体面积也很大,因此产生的力矩也大,提高了做功的效率。

1.一种筒型电磁调速系统,其特征在于,包括内筒转子、外筒转子、导电滑环、电刷、直流电源,内筒转子设置于输入轴端,外筒转子设置在输出轴端,内筒转子与外筒转子同轴嵌套,所述内筒转子上设置有软磁体,软磁体上设有线圈,与软磁体对应位置的外筒转子上设有永磁体,所述的输入轴上还设有导电滑环,导电滑环与电刷相配合,电刷分别与直流电源的正负极相连接,导电滑环与线圈通过导线相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种筒型电磁调速系统,其特征在于,所述的内筒转子上设置的软磁体,其周向相邻软磁体所绕线圈旋向相反,轴向相邻软磁体所绕线圈方向相同。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种筒型电磁调速系统,其特征在于,所述的软磁体与内筒转子间、永磁体与外筒转子间还设有铁衬。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种筒型电磁调速系统,其特征在于,所述的软磁体与永磁体均为瓦形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种筒型电磁调速系统,其特征在于,所述的电刷与电源之间还设有调节线圈内电流大小的电流调节器。
