背景技术
目前,在煤矿井中具有用于排水与排瓦斯的管道,且仅用作排水与排瓦斯用。当煤矿井内出现异常现象导致断电后,矿工不能准确辨别出口方向,形成了极大的安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能在断电情况下让矿工准确辨别煤矿井出口的煤矿井用自发光管道。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:煤矿井用自发光管道,包括管体,在管体外表面设置有自蓄光材料层。
进一步的是,所述自蓄光材料层设置在管体外表面后形成箭头形状。
进一步的是在自蓄光材料层外表面与管体外表面之间粘附有透明胶布层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于自蓄光材料层的设置,在煤矿井内具有光亮的情况下,可使自蓄光材料层积存能量,当煤矿井内断电后,该自蓄光材料层会发出光亮,引导矿工准确找到煤矿井的出口,从而大大降低了煤矿井内的安全隐患,适合在地下矿井中推广应用。

如图1与图2所示,本实用新型的煤矿井用自发光管道,包括管体1,在管体1外表面设置有自蓄光材料层2。由于自蓄光材料层2的设置,在煤矿井内具有光亮的情况下,可使自蓄光材料层2积存能量,当煤矿井内断电后,该自蓄光材料层2会发出光亮,引导矿工准确找到煤矿井的出口,从而大大降低了煤矿井内的安全隐患。该自蓄光材料层2在光照5分钟左右即可在黑暗的环境中发出光亮,可采用稀土发光材料或纳米发光材料等制作形成。
在上述实施方式中,自蓄光材料层2可以为任意形状,只要能发出光亮引导矿工找到出口即可。作为优选方式,所述自蓄光材料层2设置在管体1外表面后形成箭头形状,从而在该箭头的指引下更能准确辨别方向。
在以上的实施方式中,自蓄光材料层2可通过柔性钢丝绑缚在管体1上。作为优选方式,在自蓄光材料层2外表面与管体1外表面之间粘附有透明胶布层3,如图2所示,可大大提高自蓄光材料层2与管体1之间的连接可靠性。
