背景技术
在现有的中央空调系统中,热交换设备通常设置在封闭的箱体内,以减少能量损失,提高热交换的效率。为了便于对这些热交换设备进行维护和修理,通常在箱体上安装若干可以灵活开闭的检修门。目前,低温空调的检修门为单层门结构,这种门的特点是:单层结构,仅靠单层密封条密封,密封效果差,在检修门工作期间容易产生漏风,形成冷桥,使空调冷库与外界发生了热量交换,造成能量损失。 
所以,如何提供一种检修门能提高密封效果,避免“冷桥”现象的产生,减小能量的损失,成为本领域技术人员研究的重要课题。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供了一种结构简单、使用方便、密封效果好、提高能量利用效率的用于低温空调双层隔热检修门结构,解决了现有技术的不足之处。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种低温空调双层隔热检修门结构,包括:冷库门和门框,二者由铰链连接、库板,其特征在于:所述冷库门的门框内侧设有一层内冷库门,内冷库门与门框由铰链连接,冷库门与内冷库门之间有空隙,冷库门上装有加热体。 
所述库板、内冷库门和冷库门采用塑钢材质。 
所述门框采用木质材料。 
所述内冷库门上装有内门把手。 
所述加热体为电加热丝,电加热丝嵌在冷库门侧边的四周。 
所述库板的厚度为100-150mm。 
所述冷库门的厚度为100mm。 
所述冷库门上装有门把手。

所述库板1、内冷库门3和冷库门2采用塑钢材质,系无冷桥材质。 
所述门框8采用木质材料,综合考虑了结构刚度和冷桥因素。 
所述内冷库门3上装有内门把手9。 
所述加热体5为电加热丝,电加热丝嵌在冷库门2侧边的四周,有效防止起霜。 
所述库板1的厚度为100-150mm。 
所述冷库门2的厚度为100mm。 
所述冷库门2上装有外门把手6。 
使用时,先打开电加热丝开关,解除可能产生的霜冻,再向外打开冷库门2,向内打开内冷库门3。关门时,先关内冷库门3,再关冷库门2。两层门都关闭后,门上密封条7有2-3mm压缩量,实现冷量的密封隔离,冷库门2与内冷库门3之间形成密闭空腔,内部空调风作用在门上形成一定负压,增加了冷库门的密封可靠性,有效防止了内外热交换。 
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单,使用方便,密封效果好,有效防止了冷桥的产生,避免冷量的流失,提高了能量的利用效率,符合绿色设计理念。

1.一种低温空调双层隔热检修门结构,包括:冷库门和门框,冷库门和门框由铰链连接、库板,其特征在于:所述冷库门门框内侧设有一层内冷库门,内冷库门与门框由铰链连接,冷库门与内冷库门之间有空隙,冷库门上装有加热体。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种低温空调双层隔热检修门结构,其特征在于:所述库板、内冷库门和冷库门采用塑钢材质。
