如图1所示,本实用新型大有光涤纶三角异形单丝1截面为三角形,该截面相邻两边2之间的夹角均为60度。
本实施例中,大有光涤纶三角异形单丝是大有光涤纶原料通过一种截面为正三角形的喷丝板直接纺丝制成。制作工艺流程可以是一步纺,也可以是两步纺。一步纺流程为:高速纺丝制成母丝,规格有200D/10F和300D/10F系列,然后到分丝机上分成单丝,规格有20D/10F和30D/10F系列;两步纺流程为:低速纺制成UDP筒子,然后到牵伸机上把其拉伸成单丝,规格有200D/10F和300D/10F系列。
本实用型这种纤维可广泛应用在经编机、花边机、喷气织机、喷水织机上,通过以上工艺制成的面料质地好,光洁度、亮光度、闪光度、鲜艳度、光泽度均很好,具有很广阔的发展前景。
