本实用新型由由筒座、半圆型盛物盘、筒体、笔筒构成；筒座上设有半圆型槽，半圆型盛物盘一端通过转轴安装在筒座上的半圆型槽内，筒体安装在筒座上，笔筒放置在筒体内。筒体上设有窗口，笔筒的外壁上印刷或刻有字、画。在筒体的外壁上印刷或刻有字、画。

如图1所示，本实用新型用木材加工，本实用新型由筒座1、半圆型盛物盘2、筒体3、笔筒4构成；筒座1上设有半圆型槽，半圆型盛物盘2一端通过转轴安装在筒座1上的半圆型槽内，筒体3安装在筒座1上，笔筒4放置在筒体3内，笔筒4可在筒体3内转动。 
在筒体3上设有窗口3-1，笔筒4的外壁上印刷或刻有字或画4-1。
