本实用新型涉及一种铝及铝合金锅体。
背景技术
由于铝及铝合金锅体具有不生锈的优点，已成为家庭必不可少的厨房用具；但目前市场上的铝及铝合金锅体较厚，质量重，使用不方便；预热慢，能耗高，满足不了部分消费者对锅体预热快且节能的需求。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有铝及铝合金锅体的不足，提供一种口部和底部厚、侧壁薄的锅体。
为此，本实用新型采用以下的技术方案：一种新型锅体，包括铝或铝合金锅体，其特征在于锅体的底部和口部均比锅体的侧壁厚。由于锅体的侧壁面积较大，侧壁较薄，较大减轻了铝及铝合金锅体的重量，使用方便；侧壁较薄使锅体预热和加热快；为了避免因锅体的侧壁变薄而容易造成锅体变形，锅体的底部和口部较厚，用于增加这两处的强度(因为这两处是锅体的受力处)。
上述的新型锅体，锅体侧壁的厚度为锅体口部厚度或锅体底部厚度的30％～85％，锅体口部厚度与锅体底部厚度一致。
上述的新型锅体，锅体侧壁的厚度为1.5～5.0mm，锅体的底部和口部的厚度为2.0～7.0mm，针对加工和实际使用是最合理的范围。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：预热速度加快，达到省时的目的，提高了热速率，能源消耗少；在不影响锅体使用性能的基础上，减轻了铝及铝合金锅体的重量，降低了成本，使用也方便。

如图所示的锅体，锅体口部3厚度与锅体底部1厚度一致，锅体的侧壁2比锅体的底部1和口部3薄，锅体侧壁2的厚度为锅体口部3厚度或锅体底部1厚度的30％～85％，锅体的底部1和口部3的厚度范围为1.5～5.0mm，锅体侧壁2的厚度范围为2.0～7.0mm。

1.一种新型锅体，包括铝或铝合金锅体，其特征在于锅体的底部(1)和口部(3)均比锅体的侧壁(2)厚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型锅体，其特征在于所述锅体侧壁(2)的厚度为锅体口部(3)厚度或锅体底部(1)厚度的30％～85％。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型锅体，其特征在于锅体口部(3)厚度与锅体底部(1)厚度一致。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型锅体，其特征在于所述锅体侧壁(2)的厚度为1.5～5.0mm，锅体的底部(1)和口部(3)的厚度为2.0～7.0mm。
