将杂志分类挂放在横杆4上，横杆4具有一定的收纳功能，非常方便，需要找其它横杆4上的杂志时，仅需利用轴承3旋转即可，在电池盒7内装上电池，就可以为荧光灯管5提供电源，夜间，需要寻找挂放在上面的杂志，通过开关6打开荧光灯管5即可照明。
