Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种自走式玉米收获机，包括果穗剥皮装置、果穗收集装置以及籽粒收集装置，所述的果穗剥皮装置与果穗收集装置通过四组上连接板、下连接板以及固定螺栓组合固定连接；所述的籽粒收集装置采用链耙结构。该自走式玉米收获机机身纵向尺寸大大缩短，机身体积变小，更加适宜中小地块以及不规范种植模式的收获，传动平稳，使用寿命长。

本实用新型涉及一种农业机械，具体的说是涉及一种自走式玉米收获机。
背景技术
目前，现有玉米收获机的果穗剥皮收集装置是由果穗剥皮装置与果穗收集装置两部分组成，且该两种装置都分别固定安装在主机上，该种结构使机身纵向尺寸过长，空间体积大，在作业过程中机身回转半径增大，不适宜中小地块以及不规范种植模式的收获；同时，大多数籽粒收集装置都采用的是振动筛，该种结构使得整机的震动性增大，从而降低了整机的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种体积小、适宜中小地块以及不规范种植模式收获且震动小、整机使用寿命长的自走式玉米收获机。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述方案实现的：一种自走式玉米收获机，包括果穗剥皮装置、果穗收集装置以及籽粒收集装置，所述的果穗剥皮装置与果穗收集装置通过四组上连接板、下连接板以及固定螺栓组合固定连接；所述的籽粒收集装置采用链耙结构。
本实用新型自走式玉米收获机与现有技术相比较具有以下有益效果：1、采用果穗剥皮装置与果穗收集装置固定连接为一体的结构使得机身纵向尺寸大大缩短，机身体积变小，更加适宜中小地块以及不规范种植模式的收获；2、采用链耙结构，传动平稳，使得震动减小，延长整机的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步的阐述：图1、图2中，果穗收集装置1固定安装在机架8上，在果穗收集装置1的横梁上焊接四个下连接板3，同时在果穗剥皮装置6的相对应的位置上焊接四个上连接板5，上述的四个下连接板3和四个上连接板5通过四组螺栓组合4固定连接在一起。链耙结构2安装在果穗收集装置1上。
图3中，果穗剥皮装置6和果穗收集装置1在油缸7的作用下由水平位置顺时针翻转81°。
采用本方案可以有效地缩短了机身纵向尺寸，从而提高了收获的适应性，且同时使得震动减小，延长整机的使用寿命。

1.一种自走式玉米收获机，包括果穗剥皮装置、果穗收集装置以及籽粒收集装置，其特征在于：所述的果穗剥皮装置与果穗收集装置通过四组上连接板、下连接板以及固定螺栓组合固定连接；所述的籽粒收集装置采用链耙结构。
