本实用新型涉及一种加热线,具体地涉及一种可发出远红外线,无电磁辐射的分离式碳素纤维加热线。
背景技术
目前,如在电加热床垫、汗蒸箱、暖足器等需要电加热的日常生活用品及具有热敷保健功能的产品中,都需要电加热,常用的是电源线,其结构都为绝缘层内包覆铜丝或金属导电材料,存在的问题是:通电后,产生的电磁辐射无法消除,对人体造成危害,而且热转换率低,通常热转换率只有60%~70%。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种可消除电磁辐射,热转换率高,而且在加热的同时能发出远红外线的分离式无电磁辐射碳素纤维加热线。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种分离式无电磁辐射碳素纤维加热线,其特征在于:由两股加热线平行排列,每股加热线由保护层和碳素纤维线组成,碳素纤维线置于保护层内,碳素纤维线和保护层之间形成空腔,碳素纤维线与保护层呈分离状态。。
本实用新型的有益效果是:①本实用新型由于采用两股加热线平行排列,通电后,两股加热线的电流方向相反,产生的磁场方向相反,因此两股加热线发出的电磁辐射相互抵消,减小对人体的危害;②通电后,碳素纤维线受热发出远红外线,对人体具有保健功能;③热转换率高,可达到95%以上,节能30%-50%左右;④由于保护层采用树脂材质,受周围环境温度的影响,会热胀冷缩,而本实用新型由于在保护层和碳素纤维线之间设有空腔,碳素纤维线与保护层呈分离状态,保护层的热胀冷缩不会对碳素纤维线造成影响,使用寿命长;⑤碳素纤维线是一种在浸湿于碳素胶质溶液(混合碳素纳米粉末和蒸馏水等的溶液)里,并形成真空的压力容器内,经过离心脱水及真空、烘干阶段,从而使大量碳素纳米粒子均匀分布、附着在整个纤维组织上的多孔性玄武岩纤维。由于是纤维材质,所以不会出现被腐蚀或破碎现象,可以半永久性地使用。。
