一种电力载波控制开关,包括电力线接口、载波信号接收模块、变压模块、继电器模块,其特征在于:载波信号接收模块分别与电力线接口、变压模块、继电器模块连接。载波信号接收模块通过电力线接口接收电力载波网络控制信号数据时,控制继电器模块的通断实现电源通断。本实用新型可以通过电力线进行智能家电的网络化,不需要专门的传输线路,不需要额外的电源,结构简单,成本低廉。

本实用新型涉及一种智能家居开关装置,尤其是电力载波控制开关。 
背景技术
为了提高家电的网络化应用,人们进行了长期的探索,对家电网络化控制装置提出了各种各样的改进方案。有的家电网络化控制需要专用的总线来接入整个报警系统,因此需要另外的布线,同时控制器需要额外的电源或电池供电,造成成本的上升和使用的不方便。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的智能家电控制器需要专门布线,采用电池供电的不足,本实用新型提供一种电力载波控制开关,该电力载波控制开关不仅能通过电力线远程网络化遥控,而且不需要另外的布线和额外的电源或电池供电。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:电力载波控制开关,包括电力线接口、载波信号接收模块、变压模块、继电器模块,其特征在于:载波信号接收模块分别与电力线接口、变压模块、继电器模块连接。载波信号接收模块通过电力线接口接收电力载波网络控制信号数据时,控制继电器模块的通断实现电源通断。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以通过电力线进行智能家电的网络化,不需要专门的传输线路,不需要额外的电源,结构简单,成本低廉。

具体实施方式
在图1中,电力载波控制开关,包括电力线接口1、载波信号接收模块2、变压模块3、继电器模块4,其特征在于:载波信号接收模块2分别与电力线接口1、变压模块3、继电器模块4连接。变压模块3通过交直转换,将220V电源转换成载波信号接收模块2所需的直流12V电源,载波信号接收模块2通过电力线接口1接收电力载波网络5控制信号数据时,控制继电器模块4的通断实现电源通断。 
在图2中,载波信号接收模块2通过C1并由L1、C3构成的选频电路取出135KHz网络控制数据信号。该信号经Q1放大并整形至幅度为12V的方波信号。D4、D5构成限幅电路保证Q1的基极峰值电压小于1V,以防止电力线路网络中各种异常干扰脉冲而损坏Q1。D6的作用是过滤掉信号中的负极性部分。C7在这里用来保持输出部分平稳,过滤掉信号中残余部分。载波信号接收模块2收到电力载波网络5控制信号数据时,控制继电器模块4的通断从而实现远程网络化方式的电源通断。

1.一种电力载波控制开关,包括电力线接口(1)、载波信号接收模块(2)、变压模块(3)、继电器模块(4),其特征在于:载波信号接收模块(2)分别与电力线接口(1)、变压模块(3)、继电器模块(4)连接。
