本实用新型涉及一种大电流电气触头专用紧固件。电力系统公知大电流电气触头过热引发的各种重大事故,和供电运行中触头过热造成的无功损耗,对电能的浪费加大了供电成本。为了克服上述不足,本实用新型提供一种不过热大电流电气触头专用紧固件,就能达到在大电流运行中触头紧固件不过热,安全可靠,有效的解决供电中的无功损耗,降低供电成本、节电。由硬质材黄铜螺杆穿过绝缘子,螺杆两端各套有一个不锈钢定位螺母和电气导线头板,板的两端上面、下面套有硬质材端面倒有内锥度的紫铜垫圈,垫圈的内锥度与头板面配合,垫圈螺杆上分别套有紧固不锈钢螺母和有防松动的锁紧不锈钢螺母。

背景技术
电力系统公知,一直困扰电力连接触头紧固件过热问题引发的各种重大事故,和供电运行中触头过热造成的无功损耗对电能的浪费,加大了供电成本。 
发明内容
为了克服上述不足,本实用新型提供一种不过热电气触头专用紧固件就能达到在高压、大电流导通运行中触头不过热安全可靠,有效的解决供电运行中的无功损耗、降低供电成本、节电。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是:由黄铜螺杆、端面倒内锥度的紫铜垫圈及不锈钢螺母组成的不过热大电流电气触头专用紧固件,其特征在于:硬质材黄铜螺杆套入不锈钢定位螺母中穿出,通过电气导线上带孔的头板,和与头板上下两面配合的硬质材端面倒有内锥度的紫铜垫圈,垫圈的内锥度与头板面配合,螺杆从上垫圈中穿出套入紧固不锈钢螺母和有防松动作用的锁紧不锈钢螺母中,黄铜螺杆穿过绝缘子,套入不锈钢定位螺母中穿出,螺杆通过电气导线上带孔的头板,和与头板上下两面配合的硬质材端面倒有内锥度的紫铜垫圈,垫圈的内锥度与头板面配合,螺杆从下垫圈中穿出,套入紧固不锈钢螺母和有防松动作用的锁紧不锈钢螺母中。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:结构简单、不改变原电气结构进行安装,解决了大电流运行中触头紧固件过热造成的各种重大事故及在供电运行中由于触头紧固件过热产生的无功损耗,有效的降低供电成本达到节电安全的目的。

1.一种不过热大电流电气触头专用紧固件,由黄铜螺杆、端面倒有内锥度的紫铜垫圈及不锈钢螺母组成,其特征在于:硬质材黄铜螺杆(1)套入不锈钢定位螺母(6)中穿出,通过电气导线上带孔的头板(5),和与头板上下两面配合的硬质材端面倒有内锥度(16)的紫铜垫圈(4、7),垫圈的内锥度与头板面配合,螺杆从上垫圈(4)中穿出套入紧固不锈钢螺母(3)和有防松动作用的锁紧不锈钢螺母(2)中,黄铜螺杆穿过绝缘子(8),套入不锈钢定位螺母(11)中穿出,螺杆通过电气导线上带孔的头板(9),和与头板上下两面配合的硬质材端面倒有内锥度(12)的紫铜垫圈(10、15),垫圈的内锥度与头板面配合,螺杆从下垫圈(15)中穿出,套入紧固不锈钢螺母(14)和有防松动作用的锁紧不锈钢螺母(13)中。
