Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种照明灯具，更具体地说，涉及一种LED超亮轮廓灯。 
背景技术
目前的灯类设备众多，五花八门，样式也较多，但是，很多类型的灯其照射效果一般且其使用寿命难以保证。如何解决上述技术的不足，成为亟待解决的问题。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、照射效果好并且使用寿命长的LED超亮轮廓灯。 
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用了以下技术方案： 
一种LED超亮轮廓灯，其包括灯体、两端盖以及面盖；在所述灯体内安装有PVC槽板，在该PVC槽板的两端装有PVC槽板堵塞，以及在PVC槽板的表面上固定有PCB电路板，在上述的PCB电路板上设有LED光源。 
所述灯体为铝合金灯体，以及面盖为铝合金面盖，以及端盖为铝合金面盖。 
本实用新型由于采用了上述结构，通过利用LED的特性和PVC材料的特性，本实用新型照射效果好并且使用寿命长，同时，本实用新型结构简单。 
在结合附图阅读本实用新型的实施方式的详细描述后，本实用新型的特点和优点将变得更加清楚。

其中： 
1.面盖，2.LED光源，3.PCB电路板，4.PVC槽板，5.PVC槽板堵塞，6.灯体，7.端盖，8.不锈钢螺丝，9.铝合金安装夹。 
具体实施方式
下面以一个实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明，但应当说明，本实用新型的保护范围不仅仅限于此。 
参阅图1和图2，一种LED超亮轮廓灯，其包括灯体6、两端盖7以及面盖1；在所述灯体6内安装有PVC槽板4，在该PVC槽板4的两端装有PVC槽板堵塞5，以及在PVC槽板4的表面上固定有PCB电路板3，在上述的PCB电路板3上设有LED光源2。在本实施方式中，灯体6为铝合金灯体，以及面盖1为铝合金面盖，以及端盖7为铝合金面盖。 
本实施方式使用时，LED光源2工作即可。 
虽然结合附图描述了本实用新型的实施方式，但是本领域的技术人员可以在所附权利要求的范围之内作出各种变形或修改，只要不超过本实用新型的权利要求所描述的保护范围，都应当在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种LED超亮轮廓灯，其包括灯体(6)、两端盖(7)以及面盖(1)；其特征在于：在所述灯体(6)内安装有PVC槽板(4)，在该PVC槽板(4)的两端装有PVC槽板堵塞(5)，以及在PVC槽板(4)的表面上固定有PCB电路板(3)，在上述的PCB电路板(3)上设有LED光源(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED超亮轮廓灯，其特征在于：所述灯体(6)为铝合金灯体，以及面盖(1)为铝合金面盖，以及端盖(7)为铝合金面盖。
