技术领域:本发明创造是装在锪窝钻前端,是限定锪窝深浅的限位装置。
背景技术:没有锪窝限位器,对工件锪窝时,锪窝深浅只能靠操作者的感觉及经验来保证,这样导致锪窝的深浅不一致,影响平头铆钉铆接质量。
发明内容:本发明创造的目的是提供一种能提高锪窝深浅的精度从而提高平头铆钉铆接质量的锪窝限位器;本发明创造的目的是通过下述的技术方案实现的:锪窝限位器,其特征在于由圆筒柱、顶帽和限位圆柱体构成,顶帽和限位圆柱体上分别制出四个排屑孔,将圆筒柱和限位圆柱体分别装在顶帽的两端上,顶帽和限位圆柱体上的共八个排屑孔间隔错开排列,限位圆柱体自由端端面上制出均匀分布的四个三角形卡齿,限位圆柱体自由端制有内螺纹。
