本实用新型公开了一种环保电线,其在导体外绕包合成云母带,再挤包低烟无卤绝缘层,低烟无卤绝缘层外绕包复合薄膜,再挤包低烟无卤外护套。上述低烟无卤绝缘层及护外套,其配料中加入抗菌防霉剂,导体采用电解铜进行云母带绕包,在绝缘和护套之间采用复合薄膜绕包。本实用新型具有防菌、杀毒、防潮、防火等特点。

本实用新型涉及一种电线,具体是一种环保电线。
背景技术
现有电线多为在铜导体外挤包普通PVC绝缘构成,普通PVC绝缘和护套有一定的异味和有毒有害物质,随着时间的延长,容易发生霉变,降低使用寿命,现多采用墙体掩埋安装,容易受潮发生短路或引起火灾。
随着人们对生活品质关注的增长,各方面的需求也在不断增加,特别是涉及安全、环保方面的需求更是严格,而现有电线的这些缺陷已经不能不被重视。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为了克服现有产品的不足,提供一种具有防菌、杀毒、防潮、防火等特点的环保电线。
本实用新型所述的环保电线,其在导体外绕包合成云母带,再挤包低烟无卤绝缘层,低烟无卤绝缘层外绕包复合薄膜,再挤包低烟无卤外护套。
上述低烟无卤绝缘层及护外套,其配料中加入抗菌防霉剂,导体采用电解铜进行云母带绕包,在绝缘和护套之间采用复合薄膜绕包。
本实用新型中使用低烟无卤材料,使塑料中不含邻苯二甲酸盐,可以达到欧盟ROHS标准,加入抗菌防霉剂可以抑制细菌的繁殖和生长,防止其他微生物的滋生,使用合成云母带和玻纤布能更好起到防火、阻燃的作用,用塑料薄膜能起到很好防潮效果,大大减少电线因短路而产生的事故。本实用新型可以大大减少有害物质,安装时可以减少PVC塑料电工管,降低成本,另外电路不易受潮而短路,有效防止火灾的发生。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型所述的环保电线,其在导体1外绕包合成云母带2,再挤包低烟无卤绝缘层3制成绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯外(即低烟无卤绝缘层3)绕包复合薄膜4,最后再挤包低烟无卤外护套5制得成品。其中的绝缘及护套采用低烟无卤材料,并在其配料中加入抗菌防霉剂,导体采用电解铜进行云母带绕包,在绝缘和护套之间采用复合薄膜绕包。这些措施使得本实用新型具有了防菌、杀毒、防潮、防火等功能。
本实用新型提供了一种环保电线的思路及实施方法,具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。
