背景技术
在全球能源短缺、环保要求不断提高的情况下，发展具有节能、环保、长寿命、无辐射等优点的半导体照明光源对节能、环保和建设节约型社会具有重要战略意义。LED日光灯具有光效高、节能、无汞污染、寿命长等特点，现有的LED日光灯其灯管与灯头之间不可旋转，出光面为半球面，从而导致LED日光灯出光面与灯座水平面成一定夹角，限制了LED日光灯替换传统日光灯的范围，阻碍了LED日光灯的推广应用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单、散热效果好、使用寿命长的旋转式LED日光灯。
本实用新型的旋转式LED日光灯，包括由灯罩、铝基板、焊接于铝基板上的LED发光组件、安装铝基板的铝散热器、内置于铝散热器的恒流驱动电源组成的灯管及置于灯管两端的灯头，灯头上设有定位柱，铝散热器上开有安装孔，其特点是灯头端部上开有弧形固定通槽，弧形固定通槽与铝散热器上的安装孔在同一圆周上，灯头的弧形固定通槽与灯管中铝散热器上的安装孔通过螺栓固定连结。
本实用新型的旋转式LED日光灯结构简单，由于灯管中铝散热器上的安装孔可以通过螺栓固定在灯头的弧形固定通槽任意位置上，因此，灯管能在灯头上任意旋转，可通过旋转照射到任何方向的物体，并增加了LED日光灯以空气对流方式散热的散热途径，提高LED日光灯的寿命。

具体实施方式
一种旋转式LED日光灯，包括由灯罩7、铝基板12、焊接于铝基板12上的LED发光组件8、安装铝基板12的铝散热器11、内置于铝散热器11的恒流驱动电源10组成的灯管及置于灯管两端的灯头1，灯头1上设有定位柱2，铝散热器11上开有安装孔9，其特点是灯头1端部上开有弧形固定通槽4，弧形固定通槽4与铝散热器11上的安装孔9在同一圆周上，灯头1的弧形固定通槽4与灯管中铝散热器11上的安装孔9通过螺栓固定连结。现有技术中，灯管中铝散热器11上的安装孔9通过螺栓与灯头1上的固定孔6相连，灯头与灯管是固定的，且灯头1内设有定位槽内壁3和定位槽内壁5。
