本实用新型公开了一种兼作光伏发电装置,并且具有良好隔热降噪性能的光伏夹层玻璃建筑外窗。该光伏夹层玻璃建筑外窗包括窗框,所述窗框内安装有中空玻璃,所述中空玻璃的夹层内安装有光伏电池组件,所述光伏电池组件与电输出装置电连接。与现有的光伏玻璃窗相比,本实用新型的光伏夹层玻璃建筑外窗创造性的将光伏电池组件直接安装在中空玻璃的夹层内从而省去在光伏电池组件与玻璃板之间抽真空以及设置支撑物的技术手段,不仅提高了隔热降噪的性能,而且结构相对比较简单,因此更容易实施。可见,该装置将现有的中空玻璃外窗与光伏电池组件有机的结合起来,具有隔热降噪和产能发电的双重功能。

背景技术
授权公告号为CN201228500Y的的实用新型专利公开了一种光伏玻璃窗,并具体公开了将光伏模板(相当于光伏电池组件,其主要结构包括光伏玻璃及封装在光伏玻璃内的硅片)和玻璃板安装在框架(相当于窗框)内,所述光伏模板与玻璃板之间的密闭空间为真空并设置有玻璃支撑物的技术方案。虽然通过上述结构使得该光伏玻璃窗能够在产生电能的同时具有优良的隔热性能,但是其结构复杂,实施比较困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所解决的技术问题是提供一种兼作光伏发电装置,并且具有良好隔热降噪性能的的光伏夹层玻璃建筑外窗。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:
光伏夹层玻璃建筑外窗,包括窗框,所述窗框内安装有中空玻璃,所述中空玻璃的夹层内安装有光伏电池组件,所述光伏电池组件与电输出装置电连接。
与现有的光伏玻璃窗相比,本实用新型的光伏夹层玻璃建筑外窗创造性的将光伏电池组件直接安装在中空玻璃的夹层内从而省去在光伏电池组件与玻璃板之间抽真空以及设置支撑物的技术手段,不仅提高了隔热降噪的性能,而且结构相对比较简单,因此更容易实施。可见,该装置将现有的中空玻璃外窗与光伏电池组件有机的结合起来,既利用了中空玻璃外窗在隔热降噪方面的优势,又利用光伏电池组件进行太阳能发电,因此具有隔热降噪和产能发电的双重功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步的说明。
实施例
如图1~2所示的光伏夹层玻璃建筑外窗,包括窗框1,所述窗框1内安装有中空玻璃2,所述中空玻璃2的夹层内安装有光伏电池组件3;该光伏电池组件3最好与中空玻璃2连接为一体结构,比如通过PVB胶层进行粘接,从而实现光伏电池组件3与中空玻璃2的一体化安装,既方便加工,又能够防止光伏电池组件3损坏;所述光伏电池组件3与电输出装置5电连接,为实现电能的利用提供必要条件;所述窗框1的内侧还设置有布线通道4,以便布置光伏电池组件3的电线。

1.光伏夹层玻璃建筑外窗,包括窗框(1),所述窗框(1)内安装有中空玻璃(2),其特征在于:所述中空玻璃(2)的夹层内安装有光伏电池组件(3),所述光伏电池组件(3)与电输出装置(5)电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的光伏夹层玻璃建筑外窗,其特征在于:所述中空玻璃(2)与光伏电池组件(3)连接为一体结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的光伏夹层玻璃建筑外窗,其特征在于:所述中空玻璃(2)与光伏电池组件(3)通过PVB胶层粘接。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的光伏夹层玻璃建筑外窗,其特征在于:所述窗框(1)的内侧设置有布线通道(4)。
