Abstract

门把手联接配件 
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种门五金件,尤其涉及一种将门把手附联到孔罩的门把手联接配件(attachement fixture)。 
背景技术
在门五金件行业,将门把手附联到安装板(或孔罩)的常规方法是,使门把手的毂盘(hub)穿过孔罩中的孔延伸,然后在轴杆周围附联C型夹或保持夹,将把手固定在孔罩上。例如,图1是现有技术的透视图,其示出了经孔罩11中的孔插入的门把手的毂盘14和插入毂盘14的轴杆10。毂盘14伸出垫片13,C型夹12被固定在毂盘14周围以保持门把手,有效地将把手固定于孔罩11上。使用C型夹或其它形式的保持夹有两个主要缺点。第一,为了使门把手具有理想的配合和感觉,所有的部件都必须具有紧密度容限(tight tolerances),这增加了制造成本。大的容限可能导致门把手运行过松或过紧。第二,C型夹或类似保持件只能承担微小的结构强度,并可能导致过大的周期性磨损。 
人们已对其它一些联接配件进行了尝试。 
例如,于2008年5月15日公布的、申请人为Ellis的美国专利申请No.2008/0111384公开了一种利用扭力弹簧和保持环将弹簧和轴保持在门把手的轴杆上的设备。 
于2008年3月25日授权于Ellis等人的美国专利No.7,347,462公开了一种门把手组件,其中,门把手的轴杆延伸穿过安装板的孔并穿过两个附联轴承。如推力保持器、卡扣环或螺母之类的保持器装置将门把手固定到安装板。 
于2007年3月23日授权于Brown等人的美国专利No.7,188,873公开了一种带有可拆除的锁定紧固器的门把手系统,该锁定紧固器包括具有结合于把手的凹槽中的突起的星形垫圈和螺母。但是,这种门把手系统不能精密调整,且必须使紧固器的耳部弯曲以固定螺母。 
于2006年2月14日授权于Etlicher的美国专利No.6,997,024公开了一种拉力门锁,在该拉力门锁中,通过使C型夹和轴杆端部的凹槽结合将轴杆保持于孔罩板中。 
于1988年11月15日授权于Pearson等人的美国专利No.4,784,418公开了一种门闩把手装配件。为了将杆形把手固定在安装板上,使杆形把手的轴杆穿过安装板的孔定位,保持器被压在轴杆部分上,使夹紧舌与轴杆结合。 
于1982年8月10日授权于Nelson的美国专利No.4,343,502公开了一种门把手结构,在该结构中,门把手的外部螺纹端经安装盒(mounting rose)中的孔插入,门把手由可调套筒螺母固定。 
于1977年8月16日授权于Coglan的美国专利No.4,042,268公开了一种闩锁或锁定套件,其中,通过使保持弹簧滑过圆筒进入圆筒的两条凹槽内将杆保持在后板上。 
之前的这些相关文件都没有圆满解决现有问题,代替沿门杆毂盘将C型夹固定在固定的位置,提供一种具有改善的耐磨性和紧凑尺寸的可调联接配件是特别有利的,可对该联接配件进行调整并半永久地安装在所述区域内。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种门五金件,具体地说,提供一种将门把手附联到孔罩的门把手联接配件。 
本实用新型所提供的联接配件可将门把手可枢转地附联在已有的孔罩上。所述门把手联接配件大体包括:具有操作部的门把手和用于经所述孔罩中的孔插入的毂盘,毂盘还由带螺纹的基底和从基底突出的边缘限定,所述边缘被多条轴向沟槽中断;耐磨垫片,其尺寸被确定为能插在所述毂盘上方;具有内螺纹的多边形轴螺母,用于旋拧插在耐磨垫片上方的毂盘的带螺纹的基底上;以及由凹部限定的轴螺母保持器,该凹部以键接合方式联接到轴螺母(keyed to the spindle nut)以容纳轴螺母并防止转动,轴螺母保持器具有带多个突出锁定突片的孔,以便将锁定突片容纳于毂盘中的轴向沟槽内。轴螺母的内螺纹和毂盘上的螺纹结合,可调节轴螺母直到获得合适的配合和感觉为止。因为可以沿着所述毂盘对轴螺母进行细微调节, 不需要与C型夹或其它保持夹相关联的紧密度容限部件,而且可在所述区域内进行调节。一旦进行了调节,和轴螺母周边吻合的轴螺母保持器被置于轴螺母上,轴螺母保持器上的锁定突片和毂盘上的沟槽结合。这种结合可防止轴螺母相对于毂盘转动和反转。最后,将轴杆保持器放置在轴螺母保持器之上的毂盘上,以完成固定并形成半永久性安装。可将以键接合方式联接的轴杆插入毂盘的纵向孔洞内,以操作锁定或闩锁机构。 
所述轴螺母可提供和下面的耐磨垫片之间更大的接触表面积,这可减小周期性磨损并可增加产品使用寿命和可靠性。此外,该门把手联接配件具有低矮的外形和牢固得多的联接,这提高了产品的安全性能。

具体实施方式
本实用新型涉及一种将门把手可枢转地附联到已有孔罩的门把手联接配件。 
综合参照图2和3,该门把手联接配件一般包括门把手20、耐磨垫片41、轴螺母42、轴螺母保持器43和轴杆保持器44,门把手具有经常规孔罩30的孔插入的突出毂盘22。 
门把手20包括外操作部21,该外操作部可以采用包括杆(如所示出的)、球形柄或其他形式在内的任何常规形式。操作部21被固定地附联在毂盘22上,因此当使用者抓住操作部21并施加旋转力时,毂盘22同样绕其轴转动。毂盘22还包括环状构件,该环状构件终止于围绕纵向孔洞24的边缘处,所述孔洞沿毂盘22的旋转轴线排列。毂盘22的孔洞24容纳将旋转力传递到安装在门中的锁定或闩锁机构(未示出)的轴杆(未示出)。图示的孔洞24具有方形周边,但也可以是以键接合方式联接到轴杆以确保轴杆在 转动时不会在孔洞24中滑动的其他方式。 
毂盘22的远端边缘由多层搁置部23确定界限,该多层搁置部从毂盘22的较大尺寸的基底27向外凸出。毂盘22的边缘还被相对的轴向沟槽25限定,该沟槽在毂盘22的远端处中断所述边缘。虽然图2和图3示出了包括两条相对轴向沟槽25的示例性实施例,但沟槽25的数量和位置是可设计选择的。 
毂盘22的基底27带有外螺纹。此螺纹可以具有每英寸约三十二圈螺旋的示例性螺纹数。使毂盘22穿过孔罩30的孔定位并装配有配合于毂盘22的基底27上方的耐磨垫片41。耐磨垫片41可以是一种扁平的聚乙烯垫片或其它合适的塑性材料的垫片。轴螺母42被插到毂盘22上耐磨垫片41上方。轴螺母42可以是如图所示的常规六边形(或其它多边形)保持螺母,并具有内螺纹以与毂盘22的带螺纹的基底27适配。为了将门把手20紧固在孔罩30上,可将轴螺母42旋拧在毂盘22的基底27上。 
如果需要,可将孔罩30形成有环绕孔的同心凹部32以容纳耐磨垫片41。在这种情况下,同心凹部32的直径应略大于耐磨垫片41的直径,以完全容纳耐磨垫片41。凹部32的深度可随前孔罩表面的厚度而改变。另外,耐磨垫片41应比孔罩30上的凹部32的深度厚以确保门把手20转动时,耐磨垫片41和轴螺母42保持接触。因此,轴螺母42与孔罩30隔离,以提供必要的抗耐磨性。 
然后,将轴螺母保持器43插在轴螺母42上方。轴螺母保持器43包括装配于轴螺母42上的凹形帽,可以键接合方式将凹形帽固定到轴螺母42的周边以防止转动。如图2中清楚看到的那样,轴螺母保持器43的图示实施方式是十二顶点保持器,这样,在十二个不同转动位置的任一位置上,轴螺母保持器43都与轴螺母42配合。此外,轴螺母保持器43可由带有相对锁定突片53的中心孔限定,该锁定突片径向地突入所述孔中。锁定突片53从孔的外周边朝中心延伸一小段距离。锁定突片53和毂盘22中的轴向沟槽25在尺寸和位置上相配合(此处是一对相对的突片),锁定突片被设计为容纳于该沟槽中。将轴螺母保持器43放置在轴螺母42上时,锁定突片53结合于轴向沟槽25内,于是可防止轴螺母保持器43围绕毂盘22相对转动,因此可防止轴螺母42转动。防止这种转动可保持轴螺母42不相对于毂盘22反转。 
安装时,将轴螺母42紧固在毂盘22上直到获得对门把手20的期望的感觉和适配为止。借助示例性的螺旋圈数,轴螺母42可以大约0.0027”的增量调节。如果门把手20被松松地附联于孔罩30,则应更加紧固轴螺母42。如果门把手20太紧,应沿相反方向拧松轴螺母42。一旦达到预期的适配和感觉,可使轴螺母保持器43定位于轴螺母42之上。 
最后,可将轴杆保持器44按压在轴螺母保持器43的顶部的毂盘22的边缘上以固定螺母保持器43,得到如图3所示的完成构造。轴杆保持器44可以是任何适合的压缩环,压缩环的尺寸被确定为用于摩擦配合在毂盘22的边缘上,而且与毂盘22形状相配的橡胶圈就能满足需要。在一可选实施例中,所述轴杆保持器44也可以是卡扣环。 
毂盘22中的孔洞24保持打开以插入轴杆。 
现在所属领域技术人员可以看出,因为可以在千分之一英寸内对轴螺母42进行调整,上述组件不需要紧密度容限部件就可以将门把手20可枢转地附联到孔罩30上。通过提供较牢固的附联方法,可改善产品的安全性,轴螺母42和耐磨垫片41的增大的接触表面面积可减小周期性磨损并可增加产品寿命和可靠性。完全组装后,如图3所示,门把手联接配件紧凑且外形低矮(最小高度),但安全性能却最佳。本配件具有适当的配合和感觉,不需要紧密度容限部件,减小了周期性磨损,增加了门把手的使用寿命和可靠性。 
虽然已对符合本实用新型构思的优选实施例和某些改型进行了充分陈述,但对所属领域技术人员来说,在本实用新型构思的范围内很容易提出各种其他实施方式,以及对本说明书所示出和描述的那些实施例作出某些变换和改型。因此,应当理解,本实用新型可以不同于所附权利要求中具体陈述的其他方式实施。 

Claims (10)

1.一种用于附联到孔罩上的门把手联接配件,其特征在于,包括:
具有操作部的门把手和用于经所述孔罩中的孔插入的毂盘,所述毂盘还由带螺纹的基底和从所述基底突出的边缘限定,所述边缘被多条轴向沟槽中断;
尺寸能插在所述毂盘上方的耐磨垫片;
具有内螺纹的多边形轴螺母,用于旋拧插在所述耐磨垫片上方的所述毂盘的带螺纹的基底上;以及
由凹部限定的轴螺母保持器,该凹部以键接合方式联接到所述轴螺母以容纳所述轴螺母并防止转动,所述轴螺母保持器具有带多个突出锁定突片的孔,以便将所述锁定突片容纳于所述毂盘中的轴向沟槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门把手联接配件,其特征在于,还包括用于插在所述毂盘的边缘上以在其上保持所述轴螺母保持器的轴杆保持器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的门把手联接配件,其特征在于,所述操作部包括球形柄或杆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的门把手联接配件,其特征在于,所述毂盘还包括具有非圆形周边的中心纵向孔洞。
5.根据权利要求1所述的门把手联接配件,其特征在于,所述带螺纹的基底和所述多边形轴螺母具有每英寸约三十二圈螺旋的螺纹数。
6.根据权利要求1所述的门把手联接配件,其特征在于,所述轴螺母具有六边形形状。
7.根据权利要求1所述的门把手联接配件,其特征在于,所述轴螺母保持器为十二顶点保持器。
8.根据权利要求1所述的门把手联接配件,其特征在于,所述多条轴向沟槽为一对相对的沟槽,其中所述多个锁定突片为一对相对的突片。
9.根据权利要求1所述的门把手联接配件,其特征在于,所述孔罩还包括围绕所述孔的同心凹部。
10.根据权利要求1所述的门把手联接配件,其特征在于,所述耐磨垫片包括塑料。
