工艺蒸汽冷凝水再利用装置涉及一种回收工艺蒸汽冷凝水进行再利用的装置。主要是为解决现有的软化水供水装置利用地下一次水生产软化水,软化水供水装置反渗透膜的使用寿命低和生产软化水效率低的问题而设计的。它包括冷凝水回收储罐,冷凝水回收储罐上有冷凝水进水管,冷凝水回收储罐上有排空管,冷凝水回收储罐的底部有冷凝水出口管与供水泵的入口相连,供水泵的出口有出水管与冷却塔的入水口相连,冷却塔的冷却水出口有冷却水管线,冷却塔内有不锈钢波纹填料。优点是可利用本装置生产工艺蒸汽冷凝水,冷凝水作为生产软化水的水源,硬度小,杂质含量小,能提高软化水供水装置反渗透膜的使用寿命,并能提高软化水供水装置的生产效率。

本实用新型涉及一种回收工艺蒸汽冷凝水进行再利用的装置。
背景技术:
现有的软化水供水装置利用地下一次水生产软化水,由于地下一次水硬度大,钙镁离子多,杂质含量多,使软化水供水装置反渗透膜的使用寿命降低,一般需一年更换一次;而且生产软化水效率低。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种工艺蒸汽冷凝水再利用装置,生产工艺蒸汽冷凝水取代地下一次水作为生产软化水的水源。
上述目的是这样实现的:它包括冷凝水回收储罐,冷凝水回收储罐上有冷凝水进水管,冷凝水回收储罐上有排空管,冷凝水回收储罐的底部有冷凝水出口管与供水泵的入口相连,供水泵的出口有出水管与冷却塔的入水口相连,冷却塔的冷却水出口有冷却水管线供与软化水供水装置相连,冷却塔内有不锈钢波纹填料。
本实用新型的优点是:可利用本装置生产工艺蒸汽冷凝水,冷凝水作为生产软化水的水源,硬度小,杂质含量小,能提高软化水供水装置反渗透膜的使用寿命,一般可使用5年以上,并且能提高软化水供水装置的生产效率。
