本实用新型涉及一种包装箱结构，具体涉及纸护角蜂窝纸板包装箱结构。
背景技术
弯边技术的包装箱对装载大型整体结构的包装物如控制柜，比较适宜，但对于装载非均匀载荷或有多层码垛要求的包装箱就不适宜，因为蜂窝纸板抗弯性能不高，在用叉车抬起非均匀载荷的装载物的包装箱时箱底纸板容易变形；由于蜂窝纸板的边压强度不高，在承受多层码垛包装箱时箱体侧板会变形，因此在包装箱的箱体T型结构下，仅用弯边纸板来复合各T型楞边，是不能达到蜂窝纸板包装箱的承受抗压和抗弯的要求。

本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，设计开发出了一种能更加抗压、抗弯的纸板包装箱。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
纸护角蜂窝纸板包装箱，包括纸板包装箱本体，在纸板包装箱弯折处，设有弯折状护角。
纸护角蜂窝纸板包装箱，纸板包装箱弯折处内设有内护角，外侧设有外护角。
纸护角蜂窝纸板包装箱，护角分别设置在纸板包装箱本体四个弯折处。
纸护角蜂窝纸板包装箱，护角为纸质护角。
本实用新型在纸箱的四个弯折处，内外均安装纸护角，这样纸箱整体在护角的作用下，非均匀载荷的装载物的包装箱时箱底纸板不容易变形；由于护角提高了蜂窝纸板的边压强度，在承受多层码垛包装箱时箱体侧板不会变形。

本实用新型在纸板包装箱1弯折处，设有弯折状护角；纸板包装箱1弯折处内设有内护角3，外侧设有外护角2；内护角3、外护角2分别设置在纸板包装箱1本体四个弯折处；内护角3、外护角2为纸质护角。本实用新型在纸箱1的四个弯折处，内外安装内护角3和外护角2，这样纸箱1整体在护角的作用下，非均匀载荷的装载物的包装箱时箱底纸板不容易变形；由于内护角3、外护角2提高了蜂窝纸板的边压强度，在承受多层码垛包装箱时箱体侧板不会变形。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的纸护角蜂窝纸板包装箱，其特征在于护角分别设置在纸板包装箱本体四个弯折处。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的纸护角蜂窝纸板包装箱，其特征在于护角为纸质护角。
