一种圆柱聚合物电池的二次封装结构,设在铝塑膜卷芯的两端,为两块封装半圆,两封装半圆合并起来可将卷芯端部封盖住,极耳从两封装半圆之间的孔隙伸出。封装半圆可用PP、PC、PE和EVA等材料中的任意一种制成,其合并成的圆的直径与卷芯的直径相等。该封装结构的有益效果在于:使用该封装结构对电池进行封装,操作简单方便,生产效率高,不仅能减小电池的长度,节省了材料,还能有效的避免传统的二次封装过程中对铝塑膜进行多次折叠所带来的电池安全性的影响,提高了电池的安全性能,并节省了大量的人力资源。

本实用新型属于一种电池的封装结构,尤指一种圆柱聚合物电池的二次封装结构。
背景技术
由于目前各圆柱聚合物二次锂电池生产厂家的二次封装车间较难解决的问题是二封过程中电池总高和电池安全性能的平衡点。目前,在圆柱聚合物二次锂电池生产厂家的二次封装车间所使用的都是对电池正负极顶封位进行多次折叠来降低电池总高,这种封装结构对电池的安全性能有很大的危害性,同时浪费人力。
实用新型内容
针对以上技术存在的不足,本实用新型提供了一种圆柱聚合物电池的二次封装结构,该封装结构能有效解决上述问题。
本实用新型采取的技术方案如下:
一种圆柱聚合物电池的二次封装结构,设在铝塑膜卷芯的两端,为两块封装半圆,两封装半圆合并起来可将卷芯端部封盖住,极耳从两封装半圆之间的孔隙伸出。封装半圆的制造材料为PP、PC、PE或EVA等,其合并成的圆的直径与卷芯的直径相等。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:使用该封装结构对电池进行封装,操作简单方便,生产效率高,不仅能减小电池的长度,节省了材料,还能有效的避免传统的二次封装过程中对铝塑膜进行多次折叠所带来的电池安全性的影响,提高了电池的安全性能,并节省了大量的人力资源。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的本实用新型外观俯视图,图中的一种圆柱聚合物电池的二次封装结构,为两块封装半圆10,这两块封装半圆10组合起来时,为一圆形,圆形中部有一孔隙101。铝塑 膜卷绕成卷芯20后,将两封装半圆10盖合在卷芯20的端部,极耳201则从两封装半圆10之间的孔隙101伸出。最后再对其进行包装,在极耳201上套上极耳套,就完成了电池的制造。所述封装半圆10可用PP、PC、PE和EVA等材料中的任意一种制成,其合并成的圆的直径与卷芯20的直径相等,使得两封装半圆10刚好能将卷芯20的端部盖住,这样就省去了将卷芯20的端部进行折叠,压平的工序,不但降低了电池的总高度,还提高了电池的安全性能。使得生产效率大大提高,节省了不少物力和人力资源。

1.一种圆柱聚合物电池的二次封装结构,其特征在于:在铝塑膜的卷芯两端各设有两块封装半圆,两封装半圆合并起来可将卷芯端部封盖住,极耳从两封装半圆之间的孔隙伸出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆柱聚合物电池的二次封装结构,其特征在于:封装半圆的制造材料为PP、PC、PE或EVA,其合并成的圆的直径与卷芯的直径相等。
