Abstract

本实用新型介绍了一种基于高速数据采集的发电机局部放电信号在线检测装置,它由一耦合电容(1)、检测阻抗(2)、采集卡(3)和工业控制计算机(4)依次串联组成。其中耦合电容(1)一端接检测阻抗(2)的输入端,另一端接外设发电机。检测阻抗(2)的输出端接采集卡(3)的输入端,而采集卡(3)插接在工业控制计算机(4)的PCI插槽上。本装置采用采集卡(3)采集局部放电信号再进行开窗、去干扰及数学变换,计算局部放电强度,进行显示、报警与存储。具有自动化程度高、实时显示等功能,能在发电机发生严重局部放电时发出警报。

技术领域
本实用新型属于发电机技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于高速数据采集的发电机局部放电信号在线检测装置。
背景技术
世界范围内多年来的研究表明,局部放电信号的数量、幅度和极性可以直接反映发电机绝缘系统的状况。利用局部放电现象评估电机的绝缘寿命仍是一门发展中的基础理论和应用技术紧密结合的前沿学科。大型发电机是整个电力系统中的关键设备。在大型发电机运行的过程中,严重的电、热、机械和环境应力的联合作用将导致线圈绝缘中的薄弱部位发生局部放电并不断发展,使绝缘效果逐渐劣化,严重时可导致绝缘体被击穿。随着大型发电机额定电压和容量的提高,对绝缘结构及其运行的可靠性提出了更高的要求,绝缘领域的突发性事故将会带来巨大的经济损失。而局部放电在线监测技术可有效了解发电机的绝缘状态、及时地发现绝缘隐患、提高机组运行可靠性、降低维修费用、避免突发性事故停机造成的巨大经济损失。同时,实现局部放电的在线监测是从“计划检修”向“状态检修”过渡的重要手段,可有效地延长设备的使用寿命,减少维修费用。已知的发电机局部放电监测系统投入实际运行后被证明其构成太复杂、采样频率低,且易受现场干扰影响,难以有效检测发电机的局部放电信号。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:针对上述已知技术的缺陷,提供一种结构简单易懂,使用方便,普通技术人员容易识别发电机局部放电信号的基于高速数据采集的发电机局部放电信号在线检测装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是,参见图1,所述基于高速数据采集的发电机局部放电信号在线检测装置由一耦合电容1、检测阻抗2、采集卡3和工业控制计算机4依次串联组成。其中所述耦合电容1一端电接所述检测阻抗2的输入端,另一端接外设发电机,所述检测阻抗2的输出端通过同轴电缆接至采集卡3的输入端,而采集卡3插接在工业控制计算机4的PCI插槽上。
由此构成的本实用新型的基于高速数据采集的发电机局部放电信号在线检测装置使用时,只需将如图1所示的耦合电容1连接检测阻抗2一端的另一端接至被测发电机的中性点,即可实现该发电机的局部放电信号的采集与检测。
本实用新型的工作原理是:通过在发电机定子出线的中性点并联耦合电容1和检测阻抗2串联起来的局部放电检测单元,获取局部放电信号,然后采用高速数据采集卡3采集局部放电检测单元耦合的局部放电信号,再进行开窗、去干扰及数学变换,计算局部放电强度,进行显示、报警与存储。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1)、具有自动采集局部放电量、手动采集局部放电量、采集结束自动停止输出等功能,自动化程度高;
2)、能实时显示局部放电量,设置采样频率,查询历史局部放电量等,功能齐;
3)、具有报警功能,能在发电机发生严重的局部放电时发出警报。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实施例的耦合电容1采用中国无锡市锡容电力电气有限公司生产的OW35/√3-0.0035型,电容量1486pF、耐压26kV的耦合电容。检测阻抗2采用中国杭州市西湖电子研究所生产的KJF型,调谐范围在400pF-6000pF之间的检测阻抗。采集卡3采用中国台湾研华科技股份有限公司生产的PCI-1714UL型,额定电压为±5V、采集频率最大可达30MHZ的高速采集卡。工业控制计算机4采用中国台湾研华科技股份有限公司生产的ARK-1000型工业控制计算机。上述耦合电容1、检测阻抗2、采集卡3和工业控制计算机4按上述技术解决方案,参照图1所示电路框图相连接,即检测阻抗2的输入端电接耦合电容1,输出端通过同轴电缆接采集卡3的输入端,采集卡3则插接在工业控制计算机4的PCI插槽上,便构成了本实用新型的基于高速数据采集的发电机局部放电信号在线检测装置。
由此构成的本实用新型的基于高速数据采集的发电机局部放电信号在线检测装置经试制试用被证明效果良好,且使用方便,安全可靠,完全达到设计要求。

1.一种基于高速数据采集的发电机局部放电信号在线检测装置,其特征是,它由一耦合电容(1)、检测阻抗(2)、采集卡(3)和工业控制计算机(4)依次串联组成,其中所述耦合电容(1)一端电接所述检测阻抗(2)的输入端,另一端接外设发电机,所述检测阻抗(2)的输出端通过同轴电缆接至采集卡(3)的输入端,而采集卡(3)插接在工业控制计算机(4)的PCI插槽上。
