本实用新型涉及一种结构理想,方便维护的水节能流量调节器。为了实现上述目的,所采用的技术方案是:一种水节能流量调节器,由上盖、主体、下盖组成,主体包含内芯、储液室和外套,其特征是,上盖有螺纹与外部相连,上盖与主体螺旋连接并通过O形圈密封,主体与下盖螺旋连接,内芯是中心和侧面下部有孔而底部封闭的圆柱体,内芯位于储液室中部,储液室分为双储液室与多储液室结构,双储液室结构用圆状下盖,多储液室结构用圆状下盖和环状下盖。该水节能流量调节器上盖与主体连接处有卡扣,主体内部有储液室限位卡簧,主体内部的储液室可拆卸。水由上盖进水孔进入,从储液室中心孔和下盖出水槽以锥形雾状、柱状、花洒状喷出。转动主体,无级调节出水量与出水形状。该产品是节能减排型产品。

技术领域:本发明涉及一种水节能流量调节器。
技术背景:目前的同类产品由于结构不理想,清理杂物困难,易人为损坏。本发明构思巧妙,结构简单,卡扣及储液室可拆卸的实现解决了上述问题。
发明内容:本发明涉及一种结构理想,方便维护的水节能流量调节器。为了实现上述目的,所采用的技术方案是:一种水节能流量调节器,由上盖、主体、下盖组成,主体包括内芯、储液室和外套,其特征是:上盖有螺纹与外部螺旋相连,上盖与主体通过螺纹螺旋连接并有O形圈,主体与下盖通过螺纹螺旋连接,储液室与外套通过螺纹螺旋相连,内芯是中心和侧面下部有孔而底部封闭的圆柱体,内芯位于储液室中部,储液室分为双储液室与多储液室结构,双储液室结构用圆状下盖,多储液室结构用圆状下盖和环状下盖。该水节能流量调节器上盖与主体连接处有卡扣,主体内部有储液室限位卡簧,主体内部的储液室可拆卸。水由上盖进水孔进入,从储液室中心孔和下盖出水槽以锥形雾状、柱状、花洒状喷出。转动主体,无级调节出水量与出水形状。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.防止水节能流量调节器被人为损坏;
2.当水节能流量调节器中有杂物时只需取掉储液室限位卡簧,拆卸储液室即可清理;
3.利用城市供水管网中的输水压力提高出水的动能,在减少出水量的同时提高出水力度,使出水呈喷射状。
4.通过旋转主体使出水在线性与发散间无级变换;
5.该发明是节能减排型产品。

具体实施方式:
打开水嘴,水由进水孔2进入主体,当密封垫圈3密封时,水进入内芯4从储液室中心孔15喷出,出水形状见图12与图13;当密封垫圈3开起时,其中一部分水进入内芯4,另一部分水进入储液室10,经双储液室过水孔12(或经双储液室过水孔12和三储液室过水孔18),两路水最后分别由储液室中心孔15和圆状下盖出水槽13(或圆状下盖出水槽13和环状下盖出水槽19)喷出,出水形状见图11。旋转主体7,即可调节密封垫圈3(或密封垫圈3和三储液室用密封垫圈17)开起与密封,同时又能够选择出水形状。当向一个方向旋转主体7不动时,说明调节到位,表示一个调节周期结束。应反向旋转主体7,进入下一个调节周期。
水节能流量调节器中有杂物时,我们可以取掉圆状下盖14(或环状下盖20),拿掉储液室限位卡簧11,把储液室10和密封垫圈3(或密封垫圈3和三储液室用密封垫圈17)取出,就可以清理杂物了。清理完后,再依此装入。

1.一种水节能流量调节器,由上盖、主体、下盖组成,主体包括内芯、储液室和外套,其特征是:上盖有螺纹与外部螺旋相连,上盖与主体通过螺纹螺旋连接并有O形圈,主体与下盖通过螺纹螺旋连接,储液室与外套通过螺纹螺旋相连,内芯是中心和侧面下部有孔而底部封闭的圆柱体,内芯位于储液室中部,储液室分为双储液室与多储液室结构,双储液室结构用圆状下盖,多储液室结构用圆状下盖和环状下盖。
