一种水力蜗杆发电机,包括发电机、变速箱、离合器、蜗杆、水上轴承及水下轴承,基础钢结构、半封闭的管道、基础、用于水流速控器的滑门、用于保护的紧急滑门、过滤网、开关柜、电表、断路器、二极管等电气部件。该装置能够把流水的动能通过机械传动变为电能,既不影响生态、环境,也不浪费空间,投资更低,受益更快的水力发电机。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水力发电机组,具体地说是涉及一种用于产生电能的水力蜗杆发电机。
背景技术
目前,世界上现有公知的水力发电均需要有水库蓄水,要求有一定高度的水流落差,以此产生动力推动水轮机,达到驱动发电机产生电能的效果。为解决蓄水和提高水位落差的问题,通常在建设该类水力发电站之前,事先都要做大量的评估、勘测、设计和论证。截流建坝施工中又耗费大量的人力物力,建成投产后,生态环境常受到严重的破坏,所以仍是损益难分,利弊互存。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可在江河、水处理厂等定向流域的水中应用,把流水的动能通过机械传动变为电能,既不影响生态、环境,也不浪费空间,投资更低,受益更快的水力发电机。为解决上述问题,本发明所提供的技术方案是:一种水力蜗杆发电机,包括发电机、变速箱、离合器、蜗杆、水上轴承及水下轴承,基础钢结构、半封闭的管道、基础、用于水流速控器的滑门、用于保护的紧急滑门、过滤网、开关柜、电表、断路器、二极管等电气部件。
所述的蜗杆可为钢、不锈钢、铝或朔料等制成。水力蜗杆可用盖板保护,或者涂层、刷漆等。
水力蜗杆可以倾斜至0----90度。
所述的蜗杆带有1------5个螺旋均可。
所述的滑门用于控制水的流量。
所述的过滤筛网用于防止废物等进入。
本发明可通过蜗杆的长度达到最大能量转换点及调整设备倾斜的角度,达到落差的最大利用率。同时通过变速箱把蜗杆转动速度变成合适的转动速度,带动发电机发电,把多个发电机发出的电经过串并联及变压器变压处理后由电缆送上岸入网使用。
这种发电设备建造在自然流水的江河中,顺水流投放,只要避开行船的主船道就行,不会影响行船,更不会占用土地,也没有任何污染,且造价低,技术含量不高,一般在民营企业、中小企业都能投资,这种设备能在同一个水域前后投放多个,重复利用水能。根据水域流量与流速状况还可多台并联到一个水力发电站的规模,均能达到合理充分利用流动水域的动能发电的效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种水力蜗杆发电机的示意图,包括蜗杆体1,蜗杆体1是由位于上部的轴承5及下部的轴承4所传动的,蜗杆体1由半封闭的管道2包围着。水流从上水位8通过半封闭的管道2流向水位9,在重力的影响下在半封闭的管道中向下流,推动蜗杆转动,蜗杆转动后,通过变速箱6,可以将低转速转变为高转速,此高转速可用于发电机7.可以通过滑门3来调整水流,从而调整蜗杆转速。离合器10位于变速箱6和水力蜗杆1。这样一来发电的目的就实现了。

1.一种水力蜗杆发电机,主要由基础(12)、钢结构(11)组成,钢结构(11)上设置有发电机(7)、变速箱(6)、离合器(10)等,其特征在于:在钢结构(11)上设置有蜗杆体(1).
2.根据权利要求1所述的水力蜗杆发电机,其特征在于:蜗杆体(1)的材料可为钢、不锈钢、铝、塑料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水力蜗杆发电机,其特征在于:蜗杆体(1)上有盖板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水力蜗杆发电机,其特征在于:蜗杆体(1)上有涂层或刷漆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水力蜗杆发电机,其特征在于:蜗杆体(1)倾斜角度为0-90度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水力蜗杆发电机,其特征在于:蜗杆体(1)带有1-5个螺旋。
