本实用新型属于灭火器材，具体涉及一种压电陶瓷启动装置。
背景技术
气溶胶灭火剂具有灭火效率高，灭火装置简单，无需耐压容器，装配维修简便，成本低廉等优点而备受各国政府和市场的关注，具有广泛的市场，由于气溶胶灭火剂属于烟火类药剂，这类药剂接触到火花就能正常燃烧启动，目前市场上的灭火装置中启动方式，都是采用电启动或者热敏启动，这两种启动方式主要存在以下缺点：采用电启动方式必须使触发器处于通电状态，才能引发触发器，引发之前必须是处于断开状态，如果操作过程接通电源，易造成灭火装置误启动。启动电压为24v，还必须接专门的消防电源，如果发生火灾时主电源处于断电状态，还必须控制装置中需有备用电源，否则灭火装置无法启动。采用热敏启动由于热敏材料达到一定温度就会自燃，存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有的气溶胶灭火装置启动问题，从而提供一种结构简单、安装方便、操作简单易懂、启动方式独特、使用安全可靠的压电陶瓷启动装置。
本实用型的技术解决方案是通过这样实现的：它包括灭火装置壳体内的降温区与反应区，在降温区的上端、灭火装置壳体内侧壁上由外到里依次设置有按钮部件、限位部件、压缩弹簧部件、压电陶瓷或者打火石；触发器设置在反应区中并与高压电极的一端连接，高压电极的另一端与压电陶瓷或者打火石连接。
工作时候，通过手动按钮部件，通过限位部件传递机械能量及压缩弹簧部件，从而使冲击弹簧受压缩，由于受到限位部件的限位作用，此时弹簧迅速恢复原长从而带动冲击小砧撞击压电陶瓷，使陶瓷表面的正负电荷迅速增多，这些电荷通过高压电极对触发器进行放电，将触发器点燃，引燃气溶胶发生剂，发生化学反应喷出具有灭火作用的气溶胶灭火剂，对火灾现场达到保护作用。
本实用新型与现有技术相比有如下的优点：
1、本装置结构简单、安装方便；
2、本装置节能环保，无需用电可以直接手动按钮启动；
3、本装置中压电陶瓷装置可广泛应用于启动气体灭火装置及系统等灭火设备上的燃气型驱动器；
4、本装置使用安全可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1对本实用新型作进一步详述：它包括灭火装置壳体9内的降温区6与反应区7，在降温区6的上端、灭火装置壳体9内侧壁上由外到里依次设置有按钮部件1、限位部件2、压缩弹簧部件3、压电陶瓷或者打火石4；触发器8设置在反应区7中并与高压电极5的一端连接，高压电极5的另一端与压电陶瓷或者打火石4连接。
工作时候，通过手动按钮部件1，通过限位部件2传递机械能量及压缩弹簧部件3，从而使冲击弹簧受压缩，由于受到限位部件2的限位作用，此时弹簧迅速恢复原长从而带动冲击小砧撞压电陶瓷或者打火石4，使压电陶瓷或者打火石4表面的正负电荷迅速增多，这些电荷通过高压电极5对触发器8进行放电，将触发器8点燃，引燃气溶胶发生剂，发生化学反应喷出具有灭火作用的气溶胶灭火剂，对火灾现场达到保护作用。

1.一种气溶胶灭火装置启动器，它包括灭火装置壳体(9)内的降温区(6)与反应区(7)，其特征在于：在降温区(6)的上端、灭火装置壳体(9)内侧壁上由外到里依次设置有按钮部件(1)、限位部件(2)、压缩弹簧部件(3)、压电陶瓷或者打火石(4)；触发器(8)设置在反应区(7)中并与高压电极(5)的一端连接，高压电极(5)的另一端与压电陶瓷或者打火石(4)连接。
