本实用新型涉及一种电缆,特别是一种同时可以传输光纤信号的电缆。
背景技术
为了移动的方便性,常常需要软电缆。但是,目前的软电缆的导电体一般采用铜或者铝,它们直接束制后绞合而成,这种方式制成的软电缆整体弯曲性和柔软程度不好,达不到要求。另外,现在的软电缆的导电体都位于整个电缆的中间,当交变电流通过导电体时,尤其当电流以较高频率的电子在导电体中传导时,会产生集肤效应,即电流会只集中地从导电体的表面通过,这样,导电体中间的部分就起不到导电的效果,使得这部分导电体白白浪费,使用效率不高。
另外,由于通信光纤技术的发展和普及,光纤技术应用越来越广,一些移动式设备常常需要光纤信号,但是目前的软电缆都不具有光纤传输功能,需要另外的光纤信号线缆,使得成本增加,线缆繁杂,非常不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种同时兼具光纤信号传输、导电体使用效率高、成本低的新型电缆。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是这样的:一种光纤软电缆,包括内芯,所述内芯为不导电的柔软材质,内芯外层绞合有导电体,在所述导电体外周设置有绝缘层,在内芯内设置有闭合的支撑架,所述支撑架内部中心处设置有光纤。
作为优选:所述支撑架为正三角形。
作为优选:所述内芯为橡胶条。

由于在线缆的中间设置了橡胶条的内芯1,它具有不导电和柔软的性能,导电体2绞合在内芯1外层,使得导电体2间的节距增大,增强了整个电缆的柔软性,且增加了导电体2的直径,减少了集肤效应,使得导电体2得到充分利用,增强了导电性能;同时,在内芯1内设有光纤5,可以同时传输光纤信号,节约了线缆材料,且内芯1内的不导电材料塞满整个内芯和支撑架4内的空隙,保证了光纤的稳定,同时保证了光纤与导电体间不会互相干扰,方便实用。
