技术领域
本实用新型涉及排风除尘技术领域，尤其涉及一种排风除尘过滤装置。
背景技术
目前，皮革、造纸、化工、喷涂、塑料加工等行业或加工场所为了改善工作环境，大多需用到排风除尘过滤装置，将加工现场的粉尘、气味抽出工作室外进行处理后排放。现有的排风除尘过滤装置一般包括带进风管和出风管的风机，风机出风管一般与空气净化处理系统连通，风机进风管管口装有带广口的风罩，风罩与进风管的内部空间形成进风区，风罩的广口设有用于分隔进风区与外部空间的平板形多孔过滤板，以避免排风除尘过滤装置工作时将一些纸张、塑料薄膜等生产现场的轻质物品吸入系统损坏风机或其他与排风除尘过滤装置相连通的设备，同时避免造成生产停止、带来经济上的损失等不良现象的发生。
另外，由于现有的风罩广口上的过滤板的面积较小，短时间内即会被杂物、粉尘等堵塞，需要进行频繁的清理，否则由杂物、粉尘等引起的堵塞和不畅将影响排风除尘过滤装置的排风效果。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种使用效率高且排风效果好的排风除尘过滤装置。
一种排风除尘过滤装置，包括带进风管和出风管的风机，所述的进风管管口装有带广口的风罩，风罩与进风管的内部空间形成进风区，风罩的广口设有用于分隔进风区与外部空间的多孔过滤板，所述的多孔过滤板为瓦椤形多孔过滤板。
所述的瓦椤形多孔过滤板折角为20°～160°，优选90°。
所述的瓦椤形多孔过滤板上过滤孔的孔径为4毫米～6毫米。
每平方米瓦椤形多孔过滤板上过滤孔的数量为2×104个～2.5×104个。
本实用新型排风除尘过滤装置，采用瓦椤形多孔过滤板，在风罩的广口面积相同的情况下，较传统的平板形过滤板增加了进风面积。同时瓦椤形多孔过滤板上的小孔数量比相同外观尺寸的平板形过滤板上的小孔数量要多，可以在不改变现有风罩外观的情况下，加大过滤板的进风面积，从而降低过滤板的清理维护频率，提高排风除尘过滤装置的使用效率和排风效果。

具体实施方式
如图2、图3所示，本实用新型排风除尘过滤装置，包括带进风管2和出风管1的风机3，出风管1一般与空气净化处理系统(图中省略)连通，进风管2管口装有带广口的风罩4，风罩4与进风管2的内部空间形成进风区，风罩4的广口设有用于分隔进风区与外部空间的瓦椤形多孔过滤板5，该瓦椤形多孔过滤板折角为90°，所述的瓦椤形多孔过滤板上过滤孔的孔径为4毫米，每平方米瓦椤形多孔过滤板上过滤孔的数量为2.8×104个。
本实用新型排风除尘过滤装置使用时，打开风机3，工作环境中的空气经过瓦椤形多孔过滤板5的初过滤进入进风区，在风机3的作用下通过出风管1被送入空气净化处理系统(图中省略)。

1.一种排风除尘过滤装置，包括带进风管和出风管的风机，所述的进风管管口装有带广口的风罩，风罩与进风管的内部空间形成进风区，风罩的广口设有用于分隔进风区与外部空间的多孔过滤板，其特征在于，所述的多孔过滤板为瓦椤形多孔过滤板。
2.如权利要求1所述的排风除尘过滤装置，其特征在于：所述的瓦椤形多孔过滤板折角为20°～160°。
3.如权利要求2所述的排风除尘过滤装置，其特征在于：所述的瓦椤形多孔过滤板折角为90°。
4.如权利要求1所述的排风除尘过滤装置，其特征在于：所述的瓦椤形多孔过滤板上过滤孔的孔径为4毫米～6毫米。
5.如权利要求4所述的排风除尘过滤装置，其特征在于：每平方米瓦椤形多孔过滤板上过滤孔的数量为2×104个～2.5×104个。
