本实用新型涉及一种水泥混合装置。
背景技术
现有的水泥混合装置，包括一个具有进料口、出料口的混料腔，一个外周具有螺旋叶片的、可转动的搅拌轴伸入到混料腔内；成螺旋形上升的螺旋叶片连续地环绕在搅拌轴上。使用时，通过在进料口加入水泥、填料、增强纤维等物料，通过搅拌轴的转动，将物料搅拌，并从出料口挤出。由于螺旋叶片连续地环绕在搅拌轴上，所以螺旋叶片主要起到了输送物料的作用，其对物料的搅拌效果不理想，尤其是纤维的搅拌效果不好。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种对纤维搅拌效果较好的水泥混合装置。
本实用新型的水泥混合装置，包括一个具有进料口、出料口的混料腔，一个外周具有螺旋叶片的、可转动的搅拌轴伸入到混料腔内；沿着搅拌轴的轴向方向，相邻的两个叶片之间以平行于轴向方向的平板相连。
本实用新型的有益效果：由于本实用新型具有所述平行于轴向方向的平板，当搅拌轴转动时，该平板可以将物料中的纤维切断(或者打断)，并且，平板也可以推动物料(在沿轴向移动的同时)沿周向移动，这样，就增强了对物料的搅拌效果。

下面结合附图和实施案例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
参见图1-3所示的水泥混合装置1，包括一个壳体2和搅拌轴3。所述壳体2上开有进料口4、加水口5、出料口6，壳体内部形成混料腔7。一端伸入到混料腔内可转动的搅拌轴3外周具有多个螺旋叶片8，沿着搅拌轴的轴向方向，相邻的两个叶片8之间以平行于搅拌轴轴向方向的平板9相连。
