技术领域
本实用新型属于一种医疗器械,尤其是在输液时使用的精密药液过滤器。
背景技术
目前,使用的精密药液过滤器只在排气通道的药液腔侧设有滤菌阻水膜,在大容量长时间输液、输液环境空气微粒较多时常因微粒全部都堵塞在药液腔侧阻水膜上造成精密药液过滤器向外排气不通畅、气体滞留在精密药液过滤器内,导致药液流速减缓、输液中途滴注不畅,而不得不更换输液器。
发明内容:
为克服现有精密药液过滤器向外排气通道只设有药液腔侧阻水膜,在大容量长时间输液、输液环境空气微粒较多时常因全部微粒都堵塞在药液腔侧阻水膜上造成精密药液过滤器向外排气不通畅、气体滞留在精密药液过滤器内,导致药液流速减缓,输液中途滴注不畅,而不得不更换输液器的缺陷。本实用新型采用的技术方案是:精密药液过滤器,包括带排气通道的未过滤药液腔侧壳、已过滤药液腔侧壳、药液过滤膜、药液腔侧阻水膜、排气通道外侧阻水膜组成,是通过在排气通道外侧增设一侧阻水膜的技术,使空气经两侧阻水膜来滤除微粒,避免了因全部微粒都堵塞在单一侧阻水膜上导致的精密药液过滤器经排气通道向外排气不通畅、气体滞留在精密药液过滤器内,导致药液流速减缓,输液中途滴注不畅、而不得不更换输液器的缺陷。与现有的精密药液过滤器相比本实用新型有益效果是:微粒是经两侧阻水膜来分别滤除,避免了因全部微粒都堵塞在单一侧滤菌阻水膜上而导致排气不通畅。

具体实施方式:
如附图,本实用新型由已过滤药液腔侧壳(2)、带排气通道的未过滤药液腔侧壳(1)结合行成空室,中间设置药液过滤膜(5)把空室分隔成已过滤药液腔(4)和未过滤药液腔(3),在排气通道(8)药液腔侧覆盖药液腔内阻水膜(6)、排气通道(8)外侧覆盖排气通道外侧阻水膜(7)。
