本实用新型提供一种专用大电流、不过热导线连接触头,涉及电力线路大电流连接触头,由不锈钢螺钉、内锥度硬质紫铜势圈、与内锥度硬质紫铜垫圈一体的不锈钢紧固螺母组成,其解决的技术问题是:不锈钢螺钉(1)穿入内锥度硬质紫铜垫圈(2)和导线头板(4),导线头板面与内锥度(3)配合,穿过导线头板的不锈钢螺钉,套入与内锥度硬质紫铜垫圈(7)一体的不锈钢紧固螺母(9)内,硬质紫铜垫圈的内锥度(5)与导线头板面配合,硬质紫铜垫圈的小头(6)外径与不锈钢紧固螺母(9)的孔内径静配合,在紧固螺母固紧后,再装上不锈钢锁紧螺母(8),经久耐用,价低质高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电力线路大电流导线连接触头。
背景技术
目前公知的电力线路大电流连接触头,一种是采用铁质螺钉螺母紧固连接头板,但铁易生锈、寿命短,同时产生接触电阻大,易过热,二是采用铜材作螺钉螺母紧固连接头板,虽然不生锈,接触电阻小不过热,但铜材贵,成本高,而且铜螺钉螺母六方头因材质软,易搬坏,需要更换时又取不下来,很麻烦。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足,本实用新型提供一种专用大电流,不过热导线连接触头,就能达到经久耐用,不生锈,接触电阻小,不过热,易更换的目的。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题其技术方案是:由不锈钢螺钉、内锥度硬质紫铜垫圈、与内锥度硬质紫铜垫圈构成一体的不锈钢紧固螺母所组成。参见图示,不锈钢螺钉穿入内锥度的硬质紫铜垫圈和导线头板,导线头板面与内锥度配合,穿过导线头板的不锈钢螺钉套入与内锥度硬度紫铜垫圈一体的不锈钢紧固螺母,硬质紫铜垫圈的内锥度与导线头板面配合,硬质紫铜垫圈的小头外径与不锈钢紧固螺母上的孔的内径静配合,在紧固螺母固紧后,再装上不锈钢锁紧螺母。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于采用了不锈钢螺钉、螺母作紧固连接头板,坚固不生锈,修理更换容易,电力线两头板面采用内锥度硬质紫铜垫圈配合,不锈钢螺钉螺母紧固后,内锥度硬质紫铜垫圈压到紧贴头板面,接触电阻小而不过热,节约铜材降低了成本。

不锈钢螺钉(1)穿入内锥度的硬质紫铜垫圈(2)和导线头板(4),导线头板面与内锥度(3)配合,穿过导线头板的不锈钢螺钉,套入与内锥度硬质紫铜垫圈(7)一体的不锈钢紧固螺母(9)内,硬质紫铜垫圈的内锥度(5)与导线头板面配合,硬质紫铜垫圈的小头(6)外径与不锈钢紧固螺母的孔内径静配合,在紧固螺母(9)固紧后,再装上不锈钢锁紧螺母(8)。

1.一种专用大电流、不过热导线连接触头,由不锈钢螺钉、内难度硬质紫铜垫圈、与内锥度硬质紫铜垫圈一体的不锈钢紧固螺母所组成,不锈钢螺钉(1),穿入内锥度硬质紫铜垫圈(2)和导线头板(4),导线头板面与内锥度(3)配合,穿过导线头板的不锈钢螺钉,套入与内锥度硬质紫铜垫圈(7)一体的不锈钢紧固螺母(9)内,硬质紫铜垫圈(7)的内锥度(5)与导线头板面配合,硬质紫铜垫圈的小头(6)外径与不锈钢紧固螺母的孔内径静配合,在不锈钢紧固螺母固紧后,再装上不锈钢锁紧螺母(8)。
